2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I would like to become a leader of a gang because I want to gain the experience to do more things in the city and learn from other to come together as a team and help each other out. i have mainly focused on gangs since i done abit of work in usss andd i feel like gangs is such a good way to go and i feel like i enjoy it so much more
2.2 My second reason is becuase i want to to maake it the best gang in the city dominating events and being the best gang around andd to focuse on events and helping people within the gang to become what they want to become in the gang, i love the pvp between gangs and state orgs i feel like this is one of the best asspects of the gangs and i waant to help improve it to the best that i can
2.3 My final reason for why i want to become a leaader of a gang is to lead the people who want to be in the gang to sucsess one thing i lacked in the gangs was moving up the ranks to gain rank proof when i know what i am ddoing in my term of the gang if you know what you are doing i want you to help andd become one of the respected members of the gang i feel like most gangs lack this with what i have expericanced so i want to be the best at ddoing this while i have my term
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will prompt that gang member understand rules that need to be made within the gang also another big thing would be server rules every player shouldd know these and not just people in the gang i will encourage older players to help players who do not have aalo to experiance who want to be in the gang give them guidance when in the gang ie things like following them in events so they do not get lost which will make it more enjoble for peolple that are new but fit the requirments to be able to be in the gang
3.2 I will always make sure there is something to do in the gang from gang activites to having a dedcated spray team to rule the ghetto the main asspect of the gang would be to focus on illegal activity becuase why else would you wanna be in a gang this will make it the prefect oputunity for pvp against leos which would be so enjoyble for people
3.3 My last one would be its not always about the gang members when leading events i myself would like to recive feedbaack from people in the gang to see what i personally can do to make the gang better and make us grow its all about working as a team and not by myself this is why i will have full trust in my high command and pick them myself to ensure everyone understands things like server rules gang rules and does not kick or remove peeople for no reasons which i haave experianced in the past and it makes it really unenjoyble
