Subs is an event between Leos and Gangs, So, me calling gangs to attend an event that is only designed for them and us is not 6.4 plus am an FIB agent we need them to attend these events for a reason that u will never know. it's my Job! Also, its not the same like when a judge of state called the gangs to attack Leos on a highway patrol.
