The concern is that as a state employee, ID 67005 is contributing to illegal activities by sharing information. This is seen as corruption because leaking state information, even if it's not accurate, and but its promoting criminal activity in Highway area.
ID 67005 is State Employe (As a First Person of State he shouldn't intentionally Share that's type of Crucial Info which can Increase illegal activity and make trouble for State Orgs.)
