I got RDM but admin said It is a Solar raid, soo pls clear me that we can kill someone in solar raid without giving demands?? (Avoiding RP doing RDM no demands u can see)

1.Please clear me i should RDM them next time Like they did.
OR
2. i should give/take demands and my Compaint should be approved.

Hopping For Fair Decision According To RP Rules please.
Pls Answer we can do RDM in solar Raid OR we should give demand because in-game admin-contact no admins are clearing me this.
I need to be clear pls
