the rule doesn't mention anything about rp and cc, which means the punishment is same whether you use f and n word in rp or in cc.

GR 6.19 F-words and N-words are restricted. | Ban 1-3 days

f word in general sense is "fuck". GR 6.19 says f words are prohibited. So if 'Fuck' word is allowed, then either amend the rule and clarify that 'fuck' is allowed or punish those who use it.
