Merhaba Asrin Kovacs, iyi günler dilerim, hemen konuya gireceğim. Bildiğiniz gibi bir hile olayı yaşandı ve maalesef ana hesabım 60 gün süreyle yasaklandı ve 1 hafta boyunca başka bir hesap kullanıyordum. Ancak bugün oynarken ana hesabımın süresiz olarak yasaklandığını, yaklaşık 2-3 saat sonra da yan hesabımın süresiz olarak yasaklandığını gördüm. Ana hesabımı anlıyorum ama yan hesabımın neden sonsuza kadar yasaklandığını anlamıyorum. Hile yapanla hiçbir ilgim yoktur, bu hesapta tek başıma oynuyordum. Bunun sebebini öğrenebilirsem çok sevinirim, teşekkürler.
