I want to become admin because I really want to aware newcomers about the rules and regulations of server so, that they avoid any kind of mistake and as I see there are lot of people who are getting warning and demorgan with small mistake so I want to educate players about rules so that they will avoid mistakes and lastly I'm right person to become admin because I have all the legal org experience and I know most of the things about the server.

I want to become an admin because I want to be able to help people and make the city enjoyable for all players. I know the struggle of beginners in the city and I also know the struggles being a leo. 1. During rp sessions I always encounter rule breakers that bother me. Therefore, I want to prevent rule breakers from disrupting others and their RP experiences. Becoming a manager will allow me to help others whom I respect and care about. And it is my goal to use Grand Rp to fix these evil and toxic people.

2. My strengths are that I show no mercy to those who break the rules, I can multitask, and I can work under pressure. I can also say that I am a hardworking man. And I never get bored while doing the assigned duties, on the contrary, I enjoy it. I do not get upset about anything easily and I cannot remain silent if someone is treated unfairly.

   I love to provide Justice to People who are innocent and i see sometimes admins are late to reach at situation which i understand but i will try to reach at situation on time.

   I have good Knowledge of Rules as i was Admin in Another RP and i remain calm and patient even in Tricky situations

   Sometimes i get angry at situations when i know that i am right but others deny

-Beacause I have understand the rules and i have been experienced in the criminal orgs and states org i have been COS in every legal org and i have been OG in every illegal org. I have seen many people like new bies they don't know the rules so for their help i will be there for them and even I have seen many people having bans and demorgan so I will help them with perfect guide and I will try to make sure that everyone is playing their role well.

-My strengths are like good and polite communication with the people I can handle the tough situations with my handling skills. I
will make sure that I will not break the rule I was not aware but now I am aware of the rules and regulations.

1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

While experiencing RP life, I had a great time, but I couldn't help but observe how many people were breaking the law and generally spoiling the fun for the locals. Ever since I began my epic role-playing journey, my objective has been to get to the position of administrator and help the citizens in any way I can. Even though our current administrators are obviously very skilled at what they do, I would like to add something constructive to the admin community by proposing ideas and carrying out good deeds.

2.What are your strengths?

Two of my strong aspects are my rapid learning curve and my regular reporting of players who violate server policies.

3.What are your weaknesses?

My biggest shortcoming, in my opinion, is that I'm probably too honest. This can occasionally work against me because when you tell players the truth instead of what they want to hear, it makes them angry and may lead them to act out.

4.What skills can you bring to the admin team?

I believe my typing is not that horrible. My ability to get along with others helps contribute to our administrative team's positive work atmosphere.

I've lived in the city long enough to be familiar with both the organization's and the city's regulations. I'm going to put in a lot of effort on the administrative team and keep trying to assist as many individuals as I can.
