i have give proper dimand plz again recheck this forum his backgroud voice is very so my dimand is not audible in this video i am speking check it and in this forum id also wrong so why are you accept it

General rule 6.15 says you must give 5 seconds to comply before shooting not counting to 5.
You counted to 5 in 2 seconds so its breaking the rules.
Punishment stays until James/Alex review this.
