After the 5 seconds passed, in my eyes you were fiddling around the heli door without getting in, so I gave you a warning shot, which is not RDM.

After reviewing both the evidences, it can be determined that ID 56725 was not able to enter the helicopter at once because of a small bug that usually occurs. But, in the POV of 6370 he gave demands for 5 seconds and after that in his POV you were walking around the heli rather than hurrying up to leave the area and seeing that he has the right to shoot.
Conclusion is that, No one will receive a punishment for this situation.
