Upon reviewing the evidences , i have decided to Accept this report
ID: 140260 will be punished for RDM
ID: 151955 will be punished for VDM
ID: 153134 will be punished for Random Punching
Reason :- When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.
Reason :- Using your vehicle to hit / kill someone is not allowed
Reason :- Randomly punching is not allowed

I wont be punishing ID: 140260 for GR 3.2
Reason :- Cannot find enough evidences for that

However ,
Thread owner ID: 151547 will also be punished for CR
Reason :- Using a vehicle to crash into people or vehicles.​
