I know that it is forbidden to have no sound in Pov, there is a penalty for this.

if its forbiden they can put a warn for it and i wont argue about it. But the problem is not related to you anymore. U saw the POV. its now between me and the server administrators.

who cares about the sound you asked for the pov and he provided and pov should have sound in it but if he has a recording issue i dont think he can do much about it.
