Rejected Unban Appeal

Hello, I was out of the country and didn't have a access to my PC. While I was gone I received a lot of reset password emails so when I came back home, I decided to log onto grand to make sure that my account was safe. Turns out my email was changed, and my account was hacked. I made a technical support ticket and was able to get my email restored and reset the password, however, when I tried to login just now I see that I was banned for 1.1 Gen rules which is trading or giving access to your account away which I didn't do.
