   On 18-09-2024, Reason of Arrest: Wearing Legal Body Armor. he displayed clear misconduct and a lack of adherence to roleplay standards. The officer committed the following violations:
   1. Fail RP: The Undersheriff consistently broke immersion by acting in ways inconsistent with his role as an officer. He failed to follow proper procedures when interacting with me, As my RP was going with other officer where he cuff me without any interaction, leading to unrealistic and forced outcomes that detracted from the RP experience.
   1. Power Gaming: The officer engaged in power gaming by cuffing me immediately, without allowing any opportunity for RP or providing a fair response to his actions. Despite me stating multiple times that I had a valid license, he ignored my claim and proceeded to treat me as a criminal without verifying the information.
   1. Targeting: It was evident that the Undersheriff was targeting me without legitimate cause. He disregarded my statements about having a valid license and continuously singled me out during the interaction, leading to an unfair and biased situation.
   1. Disrespectful Behavior: Throughout the encounter, the officer displayed unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, speaking aggressively and using inappropriate language towards me.
   1. Ignoring Valid License: Despite me presenting a valid license during the interaction, the officer chose to ignore it entirely, proceeding with unwarranted charges and actions that were not justified.
   1. Not Listening: The Undersheriff ignored my valid points and explanations, refusing to engage in proper dialogue or hear my side of the story. He refused to de-escalate the situation or acknowledge any details I provided, including my license.
2. 1. Failure to Give Miranda Rights: During the arrest, the Undersheriff failed to read my Miranda rights, violating basic legal procedures. This further demonstrated his disregard for proper law enforcement protocol and my rights as a suspect.
   1. Creating Criminals: Due to his actions, I was wrongfully treated as a criminal despite being innocent and following the rules. His manipulation of the situation resulted in false charges against me.
