Approved Ban for GR 6.17 | Floki Vilgeroarson

Hi,
Today i got banned for GR 6.17, while i clip with Geforce what is an allowed,
I have always got told that gr Geforce (Nvidia) is allowed, and i've never used OBS for using clips or something,

I also have 2 screens, so if i am doing something on the screen it doesn't show on my main monitor,
1 vertical (Discord cases/changing songs on spotify) and my main for the game.
I don't understand how this is gr 6.17 while No illegal recording software is used.
