Hello Sir yesterday Store Robbery incident We had a hostage and we demanded free passage by carbo, Bob Heli so negotiator is telling me ok iam taking department he said that carbo bob is not available but iam see heli is in near the store see my second pov so i I demanded free passage with my org cars, so asper rule free passage means without barricade and without spikes and we asked to remove it, the negotiator said this is your second demand, we will not remove spikes and is already setup spikes near my org car see all in pov

When we asked for free passage in exchange for a hosteg, they did not give us free passage. They had placed spikes on the front and back of our cars When we asked for a cargo bob, that too was not provided. Then when we started leaving, everyone blocked our passage. This is totally a rule break all in POV.

In the first POV i dont see any rulebreak they are just trying to explain you what if NG does not reply to their department and whet would be your demand then

However
SAHP & FIB will be punished for fail rp ( Free Passage means you guys have to remove all the spiked and barricade so they could leave without any blockage does not mean you can block their way using cars so they cant move and in removing spikes wont be considered as second demands it comes under free passage ) ​
