Also I have leadership skills because I lead top 1 family and gangs. Also experienced in both legal and inlegal.

I have a lot of experience in gangs so i know the best members to keep in my term, also i have decided how will get more peoples to get in my term here are my some plans inviting family members and Alliens members. they doing events everyday so citizens can see and learn and attract in our gang and also give best bonus to everyone who joined gang help to run our gang.

1. I have been in this city for a long time and I have gotten experiences from pretty much every organization (leaving out a couple), I have seen how gangs work , I am surrounded by some of the best leaders this city has ever seen and I have learnt a lot from them . I have weighed the pros and cons for leading a gang and I've seen that a lot of good gangs get disbanded over the most stupid reasons and I wanna be better than those leaders. I know for a fact that if I get a shot , I will not disappoint.

2. I have also broken some rules which i learned after getting punished now i think iam capable that i can get the people to know all the rules of proper roleplaying and i would be keeping a special team or old and experienced people from gangs who are there for a long time to help them and guide them how the gangs work and will be implementing a system where people who break rules will get strike and if they get 3/3 strikes they are fired from the organisation and every week 1 strike will be reduced same system as the warnings given by the god (I Would Like To Thank The Gods For This idea) and as usual some of the leaders are so scared of disbanding that they wont even leave hq but i will not be like that i will make all the ghetto fun and my dream

- As a leader of ballas gang,

- I want to bring more harmony among the organisation and want to bring discipline in the organisation. I want to be the the part of every event like Battleship, Fz raid, Store robbery, hostage situations, etc. and teach them and supervise them.

- I will improve the roleplay within the organisation as I am part of different legal orgs. When I was 14 at Ballas I leaded many Events in presence of my leader Alan Vuitton. I will try my best to make the organised and most active gang in the city. If given chance, I assure you that I will work with utmost sincerity and dedication.

- I will try my best to bring my gang on top, and recruit many people as we can, and give chances to newbie ( with proper interview ) unlike some other terms, I want to work systematically and post everything in the logs. ( it will make our gang organised ) I want to be with my fellow HCs and members to be in every situation. I want to deal everyone with equity (fairness and justice in treatment).

- Give atleast one chance to everyone and make them skillfull and knowledgeable. ( it will help them in other org as well as it will improve their roleplay.

- Effective and efficient use of resources like vests and guns should be their, no over use and exploitation of guns for personal use should be prohibited.

- I have seen many time as a leo, many gang members do FL and improper rp ( fail rp ) while negotiating with LEOs, In my opinion there should be atleast 3 high commands present in every Robbery/hostage situation. - I want to become the Leader of Ballas because I have seen a drop in activity in the activity of gangs and Ballas gang as well in EN2 lately. In earlier terms of EN2, all gang members were all engaging in events and roleplaying that really brought the energy to the ghetto. But now, many leaders have reduced their engagement in events. I believe I can bring back that energy back into the ghetto.

- I have seen too many leaders breaking promises and failing to engage, which has led to a lot of gangs being disbanded. Some are overly focused on their own turf and do not pick good deputies, making things worse. I am passionate about turning this around, getting Marabunta active again, and bringing back the competition and energy we have been missing.

- I want to lead ballas because I am committed to keeping the gang active and engaged. I will ensure we are involved in key events like clands, etc. I will encourage competition with other gangs and even legal organizations. By recognizing and rewarding our most active members, I will keep everyone motivated with various bonus system and constant events and opportunities. I plan to make recruitment more efficient by letting only specific ranks handle it and setting up a careful interview process. This way, we can make sure that new members understand and follow our rules.

- I have no tolerance for toxic individuals. I am committed to ensuring that my gang is completely free from negativity and harmful behavior. We will hire experienced people who know how to lead events for ensuring reduced amount of rule breaks.

- I will appoint deputies from various time zones to ensure activity around the time zones, even when I am not available. We will work hard to follow the rules and make sure there are as few rule breaking incidents as possible. Anyone who wants to join will have to go through a thorough interview process.

- We will also have fun roleplaying with legal organizations, coming up with new and unique hostage situations and other exciting scenarios. I will ensure that all organization members feel like we are one big, friendly family, treating everyone with respect.
