I got put in Demorgan for CR by Dot Green, Due a report of 55010

Reviewed - GZ 1.1 + VDM | 107181 36122

He flew from outside DOC to inside I went there to stop him, and when I demanded him to step out, he shot me in the GZ. And 107181 VDMed me so I dont kill him.

But i don't hear her ingame sound, so shouldn't she be punished for gr 6.17?
I accept my demorgan for CR,
Regarding gr 6.17;
No game sound,
On time-Stamp 0:17 in the POV of 55010, u can see she was on a other app, and her mouse going back ingame, but we can't see the application.
So Why did Dot Green did not ban her for gr 6.17?
