I. I want to become the leader of National Guard.

(2) I. I want to become the leader of NG, because I have been in several NG terms and I've seen what they are doing wrong and what can be improved and as a leader i will fix those problems and make my term the best NG term there ever was.

II. I've seen the problems very closely and i know how to make them better. Conflicts between organizations is never the answer of anything to be honest and that's what i am going to work on having a good relation between all organizations and make them work together like a team! We are state organization not gangs to be fighting against each other.

III. In my opinion i am very good leader as in previous term of ThomasTommy Vercetti, I was handling everyone in night hours and made the whole HR department myself and that was the best thing about that term we had soo many soldiers all of them were well trained. I was the Assistant General in his term.

IV. I will make sure there are no internal conflicts in the organization, Regular bonuses for all the soldiers for the positive motivations. The environment inside the organization truly affects the organization and I've seen it myself so I'll be extra cautious when i will become the leader. And i love my soldiers so I will always stand alongside them whenever they need me.

V. I think it's important to create a friendly relationship between soldiers and their superiors. While discipline is necessary, it doesn't give superiors the right to abuse their power. Dictatorial behavior is not the same as discipline.



3. Some Changes / additions that i wish we can make for betterment of NG are:

A. I will have different shift units in NG, Day Shift units and Night Shifts units in NG. There will be a 'ShiftWise watch the gate' rule so gates will never be empty.

B
. I will do regular air shows and jet shows for the citizens of Los Santos (Via. State Waves) and will let my best pilots to fly the jets to entertain the citizens of Los Santos. NG will become more popular and it will leave a mark on everyone who is watching the air show.

C. Proper Training Sessions for all the NG soldiers will be focus on developing their attitude and behavior like a real soldier and this
Cwill make them better in gun fights and this will increase the professionalism. More professional soldier will improve Roleplay experience of them and others.

D. Increase the involvement of NG in icly things then there ever was before, for example, NG special security during Government is doing IC events (especially when governor is there).

E.We have to take the National Guard to a level where everyone wants to serve in the National Guard. This is a very ambitious goal, but I believe it is achievable. I have outlined a detailed plan of how I believe this can be accomplished.

2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Ans:- (I would like to break it down into points)
1.NG was the first org I have joined.
2.Slowly Slowly I made deep connection to it.
3.As it was my first org I made new friends and enjoyed al lot.
4.Having deep connection to it sometimes make me think that if I became a leader I will make NG a stronger org and a supportive community for all .
5.Bring good vibe and allow everyone to enjoy the game at the fullest.

Now I had given the reasons in points but I want to say more.

When I joined NG. I was new to this world I joined and was very actively serving NG and the state. Time went by and went by unlocking me new opportunities to develop myself as I see myself growing I also get new responsibilities and I am truly abide by it and I respect it.
I keep on doing the tasks and serve our beloved generals.
I also get new opportunities to get my own department for NG to respond to global and I am happy and thankful to our ex general (last term)
Sir Thomas that he did it for me. And I really appreciate it.


3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans:
(Again breaking everything in clear points)
1.I would like to install additional of warning indicator and alarm in the gates of the NG base as it would allow the units to get ready if there is a heavy 10-10 situation or they need to get ready for fighting with the trace passers.
The alarm will understand the vehicle and will announce them with speakers on the NG head quarters.

2. Developing a supportive community
So that everyone will be the side of everyone on their needs and bring good vibe so that no one get boarded.
Candy run , specOPS , gheto patrol and usual patrolling on daily basics.

3.Test the skills of everyone and their respective their choices
Every units must be given a chance to lead a team not only the high command should always interfere but also give some chances to the units in the city which would cause them to be happy and unlock their skills
I mean like someone is a cadet so high command will ask them to carry on this situation with the things they got and idea they have .

4.Events should be done on regular basics.
Like events between The units and for the people of the city which will boost them for their good feeling and won't make them board.

5.I would like to be strict with the global situations.
I would ask our each units to fulfill the duty and attend all the global situations possible.

6. The radio in the cars.
In the patrolling cars I see the radio works
But it don't seem to be useful much as none listen to it so I would like to upgrade it and the point 1 I described also be implemented on the patrolling cars.


The other tasks
Like Bonus System , Gate shifts
Should be done clearly and without any doubtfully in every situation

NG Departments

Air Force (AF)
This department will be responsible for all the activities by air.
Starting from air patrolling to help units to move faster to any situation as soon as possible by air.
Do patrolling on time basics and report if they find something unusual.

Human Resources (HR)
This department is responsible for all sort of hiring and training for the new commers.

Special Operation Force (SOF)
This department will be responsible for every possible globals and all sort of store robery or any hostage situation.
In addition to that it would be break down into three divisions-
Team Alpha (Support & Event Management): Responsible for other helpful tasks for NG. I.e.. In additional to store robery or hostage situation they would also help in managing Candy Run and other events.
Team Delta (Rapid Response and Tactical Force) : Responsible for acting or to respond to the global or store robery or any other situation as soon as possible.
Out of nowhere I have a request to make
A new team assigned as name Team Bravo (Armored Vehicle and Land Support) - which will be assigned a special task as of the heavy armour vehicles management and control
reason is that I see the vehicles just be in their position and not much usable.
Team Bravo will be a all rounder team and mainly as a backup unit and gaurdian (likely we can say) for the land support.

Military police (MP)
responsible for every task and checkup and to run everything in a proper and professional manner.
Patrol around the base and gate keeping.
I would like that the MP police will be taking care of the gate keeping shifts.
Also Patroling in the areas nearby and the Ghetto Patrol will be responsible by them (mostly).

Fiscal Affairs Division (FAD)
This department is responsible for all sorts of financial tasks like starting from giving bonus to managing hostage situation about the finance.
Everything from regarding finance will be responsible by this department.
I know only leader can take out money from org but in need leader will take out and give it to the chief officer and he will handle it to the other officers.



Reason Behind every Departments
I spend much time in studying everything
In last term the SOF Department want to take every tasks of all the departments and want to dominate but that's totaly wrong so I want everyone to enjoy themselves so I eventually dismantle and rearranged everything according to my power and I can explain myself and here it goes

Air Force
Necessary Department.

Human Resource and Training (HRT)
Necessary department for everyone and new comers.
(We need to include it)

Then comes the most controversial department
Special Operation Force (SOF)
So I break it into three so that
Team Alpha
Team Delta
Team Bravo
And gave them respective tasks and job so that they it won't be all again to a same department.

Military police (MP)
Necessary department.
First I choose to give this department the Armoured capabilities but I changed my mind later but I'll think if I give this department that capabilities of Team Bravo (SOF).

Fiscal Affairs Division (FAD)
I thought that the SOF delta might get it but then I thought of new department that will handle everything regarding Finance of NG.

I want to become the leader of NG, because I have a different connection with NG even though I've only worked in just 4 term of NG under Merodin Humerci,Micheal smart, Raj Aryan , ThomusTommy vercetti but through this terms I developed a bond with this organization and with many veterans . In my opinion National Guards is the most responsible organization and I am willing give whatever it takes to prove it!

B. I am confident in my leadership skills required to run this organization. I was the Asst-general and I have keep a eye on every department and there work of them. specially HRT and SOF because one do the recruitment and other have responsibility of global. Taking interviews of bunch of people is not a easy job so I use to help them as much as I can and for SOF to organize candy run,GP,sometimes I use to call all of them to shooting for practice wand they always enjoy it.

C. I want to develop a friendly relationship between the soldiers and higher ups. My inspiration is Merodin Humerci and Raj aryan, I have learned from them ways of leading a organization and developing a friendly relationship between the soldiers and higher commands is one of those leading skills.   • D. There are two different type of problem for NG internal problems and external problems.

    Internal problem: like you always see everybody want to do there work first and wants to finish it as soon as possible they can. So let me present you a scenario if MP is having a IA checkup but SOF want to respond to global so there the main conflict start between each other but here is the thing no-one wants to compromise it like MP doesn't want to postponed there checkup later because it is always getting postpended but MP need to understand that global is dropped when other org need backup so understanding each other might solve the issue. same with HRT and SOF HRT need to understand that candy runs are done for other org which means they are also investing there time so we need to value it and respect it training the privates can be stopped for small period of times.

    External problem: Special most of the org underestimate the NG. Every term we have this issues especially in ThomusTommy vercetti term it got out of hand like we need to understand what's the issue we are not kids provoking each other on small-things and thinking that we achieved something Congrats but honestly you did nothing just created additional toxicity with additional enemies so one need to stop because if you go to GOV and others in LSPD or SAHP this cycle is gone to be repeated so we need to stop doing this if i got some solution I am gone to stop this cycle and break this loop.

3. Some Changes / additions that i wish we can make for betterment of NG are:

A. Gate lock system like other orgs have. As I said earlier, NG gets invaded by a lot of trespassers very frequently the main cause for that can be the gate lock system which NG used to have back in days (The security system which fib currently have). With that we can stop anyone to enter without proper permission from the soldier guarding the gates. (Gates automatically gets unlocked During FZ raids) this one addition in NG can really increase RP level of organization.

B. Those who will work hard will get promotions and the most active units will get awarded with the military id. I will assign a team to just watch the logs of soldiers and notice those who are working harder than others. Those hard workers will be rewarded more than normal soldiers.

1. I want to become the leader of National Guards.

2. I want to become the leader of NG, because I have a different connection with NG even though I've only worked in just 1 term of NG under Merodin Humerci,Micheal smart, Raj Aryan Sir, ThomusTommy vercetti but through this terms I developed a bond with this organization and with many veterans . In my opinion National Guards is the most responsible organization and I am willing give whatever it takes to prove it!

B. I am confident leadership skills required to run this organization. I was the Asst-general and I have keep a eye on every department and there work of them. specially HRT and SOF because one do the recruitment and other have responsibility of global. Taking interviews of bunch of people is not a easy job so I use to help them as much as I can and for SOF to organize candy run,GP,sometimes I use to call all of them to shooting for practice wand they always enjoy it.

C. I want to develop a friendly relationship between the soldiers and higher ups. My inspiration is Merodin Humerci and Raj aryan, I have learned from them ways of leading a organization and developing a friendly relationship between the soldiers and higher commands is one of those leading skills.
