There was no meta gaming, he was waiting in highway to rescue me from arrest and he engine blocked you before (why you cut this part?)
And yes he followed you from subs. it's not that hard to understand you guys on highway of DOC after Me (Leader of families getting arrested and most of the gang saw it)
