2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. Firstly I want to display my desire to lead this organization, As I always looked up to NG as an elite org and being a part of holding very good positions taught me about the org and its rules regarding everything, while spending time within the org I fell in love with the system and its work but I also had faced lot of issues and lack of professionalism within the org and knowing that even the leader of the org supports it from which I was very disappointed and wanted a change and with all my planning and desire to fix the problems and lead this org as a Gener making a good term I look after taking this leadership and express my skills of leading.
2. NG was mainly formed to take out responsibilities in the city such as providing ammunition to legal org on a daily basis and being able to protect its base and do all the necessary operations that need to be done by NG to protect its citizens from any issues and to look after those responsibilities and things making sure everything is done properly and rules-wise without any conflict I look after being General so I can assure all these will be done and all solider are performing well and for the citizens without an issue

Throughout my journey as a leader in this city serving as Sheriff 2 term earning hoodie and running the term with least verbal and as much activity possible I tend to prove my leadership skills and my skills in bringing out units and making the term good in activity and RP wise which is essential for org like NG and as I see during last few terms NG had also faced issues like targeting so I believe I could fix all issues of targeting that NG had faced by leading this org with a good team of mine consisting of having a good team of HR/IA and also someone who can help out NG legally following all procedures and good and mature HC's making sure there are no conflicts and providing a good environment and a good service to all citizens and its agents I look after being General.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- We won't do any favoritism among anybody in the org and for the rule breakers serious actions will be taken like suspension and other depending on the situation. I will, myself, will try to attend each and every situation and will lead my units properly and will try to conclude the situation in the best manner possible.
- I will provide a good bonus system through which they will be motivated towards the work and will work harder. And I will also personally talk to each and every officer in my organization about the things which should be changed or improved and will work on them to improve the working environment for my officers.
- Weekly Sunday-based promotion ceremonies will be held for all the hardworking officers to make my term more attractive and interesting.
- I will have good relationships with all the legal organizations present at that time.
- Revitalizing RP within the NG organization is essential. Units will be stationed at gates to inquire about citizens' reasons for being there and to ensure compliance with the entire recruitment process and base protection procedure.
