Good afternoon David, unfortunately, I have to notify you this is an IC issue for a few reasons.

A) You have already showed me your passport. I have your identification.
B) Some lower ranks dont have the permission to "remove the mask".
C) It is a beard, it doesn't cover your face. You wouldn't see somebody IRL saying "take off your beard now!!"
D) You had no beard you put it on after showing me your passport

So it is totally an IC issue however we will leave it to the reviewing admin.
