Situation Starts as they were killing normal people on road and we entered their as cops so at time stamp 0:04 we killed 177956 at time stamp 0:27 166727 did CL to escape situation at 0:38 153224 was trying to do mk as seen so i killed him as well at 1:35 109862 killed 177956 to make him escape situation then i killed him as well !
at 1:47 i was not running it was a system of game like when you engage in fight it starts a little bit running so then i took him and at 2:14 someone killed 109862 also 177956 did NLR as he was killed at 1:35

Who said citadel is ooc events bro ooc events are mostly done in different dimensions not in city also you guys were far away from the citadel also if you see in the pov the event is over as there was no citadel over there at the moment.
