1. I had a positive experience in NG, where I earned a CG rank and spent 3-4 terms as an HC. In addition to my time in NG, I have valuable experience in other legal organizations. This is why I aspire to become a leader to foster strong and healthy relationships with other legal organization to address threats and criminal activities. NG is the best organization for me, and I believe I possess the leadership skills necessary to maintain discipline within NG. I will ensure that conflicts do not arise among members and that we remain respectful toward other organizations. Additionally, I will advocate against discrimination based on rank.

2. As a leader, I aim to make NG the most active legal organization in the city. I will ensure that every soldier properly follows the chain of command and attends all events regularly. Furthermore, I will make certain that the gates of Fort Zancudo are always protected by our soldiers during gatekeeping hours.

3. As a leader, I want to implement a zero-tolerance policy for toxicity within the organization and ensure that no favoritism is shown based on rank. Additionally, I will establish a transparent promotion ceremony.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

1. The bonus in NG should be increased because many people currently feeling it as boring. I want to ensure that those who are working hard and risking their lives to protect the country do not feel disheartened. Therefore, I will implement an attractive bonus system with rewards for gate duty and participation in all events. Additionally, we will introduce a weekly promotion ceremony to recognize and celebrate our members' contributions.

2. Providing quality training for newcomers is essential. I will establish proper training sessions for new members in the city, ensuring they are well-informed about the rules and regulations. This way, they can avoid getting into any trouble and receive support in starting their careers in legal organizations.

Ans :- I want to became a leader of NG because i spend like 6 term of NG and i am seeing that thing like many of the leader doing like favoritism and many of the mistakes are there in previous terms , after seeing that all mistakes i can improve that all things .

II. In previous term of ThomasTommyVercetti I become CHIEF of HR of i now how to handle all situations .

I can make sure to all city and our respected wizards if i get the opportunity to handle upcoming term i can make sure that this term will be highly discipline term , i can make sure that all junior will be obey the command of there high command , they will learn thing in high level , i now this is very low words for becoming leader of NG but it will be sufficient .

ANS:- So the first thing in my term will be discipline and being like a alpha because if there will be no discipline it will be not considered as Army , In a Army there want to be a unity and you also want to have nice relation between other organization ,
So at last my focus will be like discipline , better relation between organization , Junior obey command of there high command ,
there want to be 2-2 units always in gates in north and south gate as well because if we are in situation they can inform us that there is gangs who is going to raid us because our first priority is our base , If i will get term i can make sure that my soldier will be trained and they will know about rules .

Firstly I want to display my desire to lead this organization, As I always looked up to NG as an elite org and being a part of holding very good positions taught me about the org and its rules regarding everything, while spending time within the org I fell in love with the system and its work but I also had faced lot of issues and lack of professionalism within the org and knowing that even the leader of the org supports it from which I was very disappointed and wanted a change and with all my planning and desire to fix the problems and lead this org as a General making a good term I look after taking this leadership and express my skills of leading.

2. NG was mainly formed to take out responsibilities in the city such as providing ammunition to legal org on a daily basis and being able to protect its base and do all the necessary operations that need to be done by NG to protect its citizens from any issues and to look after those responsibilities and things making sure everything is done properly and rules-wise without any conflict I look after being General so I can assure all these will be done and all solider are performing well and for the citizens without an issue

Throughout my journey as a leader in this city serving as Sheriff 2 term earning hoodie and running the term with least verbal and as much activity possible I tend to prove my leadership skills and my skills in bringing out units and making the term good in activity and RP wise which is essential for org like NG and as I see during last few terms NG had also faced issues like targeting so I believe I could fix all issues of targeting that NG had faced by leading this org with a good team of mine consisting of having a good team of HR/IA and also someone who can help out NG legally following all procedures and good and mature HC's making sure there are no conflicts and providing a good environment and a good service to all citizens and its agents I look after being General.

  2. I will provide a good bonus system through which they will be motivated towards the work and will work harder. And I will also personally talk to each and every officer in my organization about the things which should be changed or improved and will work on them to improve the working environment for my officers.

  3. Weekly Sunday-based promotion ceremonies will be held for all the hardworking officers to make my term more attractive and interesting.

  4. I will have good relationships with all the legal organizations present at that time.

I would like to be the leader of NG as I Used to play this server constantly I took a very long break from the City and have just come back to see the State of the RP in which the server has been left in these last few months and I can see The player base has taken a toll on the RP and Im here to fix this issue, My experience in All of the LEO organizations and Gangs have given me the ability to have some of the best management skills and coordination.
I would like to be the leader of the National Guard as I would like to help players learn better RP and teach them what the correct protocol is For RP Activities with the LEOS and Gangs.
Another reason for me becoming leader is to be more involved in RP as I know there is a large lack of RP between gangs and LEOs, I as leader would ensure my Guards would be more involved in RP and Abide by the rules set for The Organisations
Finally my management skills, My management skills would allow me to take more control over my workers and ensure all RP rules are being followed and Would help keep a happy stable working environment. I and many others know I have what it takes to become the best leader NG has seen in a long time, with my level of experience and player knowledge I know and my team have what it takes to turn this server around bit by bit until the RP we All remember and love Returns to this City as a saving grace.

To ensure all guards get involved in the correct RP situations and abide by the rules of not only the organization but the server rules as well.
I will keep a stable workforce so there are at least 10 National Guard members in the city on duty all night long and ensure all criteria set by the administration are met
Keep NG guards on track and focused and have some form of reward systems and motivation to keep them on track ( bonuses, promotions ) as I have seen in the years of playing these servers as High commanding Positions in all organs There is a lack of it

2.1
. When I came to the city I started exploring different jobs to earn some money be it farmer's job , electrician's job ' and many other jobs. Then, I got an opportunity to join SAHP as my first state org. I grabbed that opportunity immediately and started as a trooper. Slowly, I got promotions and started developing some leading skills by learning from my High Commands and Leaders. That was the first moment ever I dreamt of becoming an State Org. Leader. So, I'm here to grab this opportunity and lead the Army by becoming the General.

2.2. I joined National Guard few months ago and I work there with my full dedication and passion, watching my work and dedication towards NG my High Commands gave me very good Rank ups in promotion ceremonies. Due to this, I became an High Command in a very short span of time and started leading operations for NG. So, I think I'm fully capable to lead the Army and provide the State with my services.

2.3. I have been in NG from the past two terms at honorable ranks of Major General of Army and Assistant General respectively. During this, I developed decent leadership skills and qualities. Alongside that, I found some issues which I want to fix by becoming the General of National Guards.

3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1
. Training of National Guard
In my experience I have seen that the training of National Guard is not up to the mark of other state orgs. Because of that, NG employees often suffer from inferiority complex. So, I will try to hire best HR team possible and I will personally supervise their training sessions in order to ensure that the employees are getting best training.

3.2. Focusing on Freshers
The freshers are those members of any state org who have joined at a beginner rank and have just finish their training. They are the one who decides the fate of any organization, they work as a foundation of any State org. So, I will make the HR and Military Police to focus on their minor to minor mistake and guide them how to correct it and not to do it ever again.

3.3. Special Operations Training
From my point of view, I have observed that their are very few soldiers who know how to conduct a ammo run and the soldiers who know how to conduct a ghetto patrol are even less than that. Because of that the NG struggles while leading a ghetto patrol and because of that they make mistakes. So, I will conduct frequent training sessions to teach the solders about these special operations.

3.4. Disciplined with Time
I will try to fix a specific time for conducting Ghetto Patrols and some internal events by doing a meeting with all the soldiers and taking their opinions for what time period they are active the most. This will create a discipline about time, because it's very necessary to be in discipline for the Army Personnel.

Recently, The organization has shown a declining rate of quality work that can both be noticed by players and administrators alike, admitably my abilities are quite perfect towards fixing this organization and restoring it to its former glory not to mention the fact that the experience in general state organizations have been putrid to say the very least. During this point I must mention that I mean no disrespect towards past Leaders of national guard and I hold them in quite high regard but I do respectfully believe that at this moment I could do their job way better than what they have done in their terms. As I have mentioned I have quite the experience ranging from LT. General all the way to Ass. General, Both of these positions held by me were a great success in the national guard and If only I could ascend to lead one more time I can select appropriate members for said positions to ensure the best possible leadership which is the key to success in state organizations.

Secondly, It's important to me that there is at least one organization of state that can stand up to the might of the gangs and can withstand both powerful blows in roleplay and ensure that good roleplay can be achieved despite the fact that these organizations in character are against each other, I also firmly believe that a hostile attitude towards gangs are only appropriate within strict roleplay and they should be treated as equals when OOCly interacting. Furthermore, I do believe the National Guard has the most important job in the state/server maintaining the ammunition supplies and guarding the gates of the most secure facility are both important tasks and require man power / and an increasing ability to lead. I do believe once again that these quotas have been met by previous leaders of the National Guard and members of this great and prosperous organization; however, I also feel as if me personally and my crew of carefully selected great roleplayers can achieve a way better understanding and roleplay potential when conducting these tasks.

Lastly, I would like to enquire and answer my own question of course since my knowledge on this organization is impenetrable my simple question would be “When has the dearest curator of the National Guard last seen a pikachu hoodie be obtained by his beloved organization?” Before any fellow applicant or player reads more ill spoil it, only Kazuto Kirigaya the second greatest National Guard general and an Excellent former administrator could achieve such success. However, I “Josh” have great potential and feel ambition towards achieving this goal since I love this organization to death and would really like to see the pikachu hoodie seen through by NG again. So as my third and final point I would really want the National Guard to succeed again and the only way I see it possible is under my careful wings of leadership and honor.













3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

My personal advice on improving RolePlay in the organization is to ensure a higher quality of personnel in the national guard (I would ensure me or my trusted few always speak to possible applicant roleplayers before they could take on the in game role of a Soldier), Furthermore in real life in the national guard there is a few rules regarding grooming and outside appearance that have not been followed in game however I could implement this, these being the limitation on tattoos hairstyles, nails for women, and of course beards and mustaches and so forth.

Regarding the advice in ammo runs I don't see why codenames are not used as much, such as referring to trucks as “Onions” or referring to opponents as “Tango” meaning an opponent in the NATO alphabetical language family. Speaking of said language family callsigns from the 13th term of national guard could be returned going down from A1 (Alpha one) being the largest for the general and LTG having A2,A3 with Ass. Generals having B1, B2 etc.

I would recomend the writing of biographies not for corruption but character building for certian roleplayers that enter my organization and furthermore There can even be entire RP story lines fletched out during my term in the form of “Operations” for example a mysterious Terrorist group attacks Los Santos and its the job of The General and his dear soldiers to put an end to the mystery misery. Of course this is just a concept and can be fletched out way more not to mention the ranks of the organization would need to be improved upon as more personnel is hired.

2. The freshers are those members of any state org who have joined at a beginner rank and have just finish their training. They are the one who decides the fate of any organization, they work as a foundation of any State org.


3. Disciplined with Time
I will try to fix a specific time for conducting Ghetto Patrols and some internal events by doing a meeting with all the soldiers and taking their opinions for what time period they are active the most. This will create a discipline about time, because it's very necessary to be in discipline for the Army Personnel.

I will make sure to complete the term without any warning or any verbal . I also know that gatekeeping is the most important thing in NG and as a leader we have to make Fort Zancudo gates covered the whole time .

2.2 I have experienced all the roles in most of the organization and also know the importance of not breaking rules in any org . By being in a leadership position, I can steer initiatives that resonate with my principles and help the organization achieve its long-term objectives. I have many ideas and plans that will ensure success of the term that i get and My main goal is to make the organization more active and responsive than before .

I would try my best to have good relations with other organization

Ans:- (I would like to break it down into points)
1.NG was the first org I have joined.
2.Slowly Slowly I made deep connection to it.
3.As it was my first org I made new friends and enjoyed al lot.
4.Having deep connection to it sometimes make me think that if I became a leader I will make NG a stronger org and a supportive community for all .

When I joined NG. I was new to this world I joined and was very actively serving NG and the state. Time went by and went by unlocking me new opportunities to develop myself as I see myself growing I also get new responsibilities and I am truly abide by it and I respect it.

3.Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
Ans:

1.I would like to install additional of warning indicator and alarm in the gates of the NG base as it would allow the units to get ready if there is a heavy 10-10 situation or they need to get ready for fighting with the trace passers.
The alarm will understand the vehicle and will announce them with speakers on the NG head quarters.

2. Developing a supportive community
So that everyone will be the side of everyone on their needs and bring good vibe so that no one get boarded.
Candy run , specOPS , gheto patrol and usual patrolling on daily basics.

3.Test the skills of everyone and their respective their choices
Every units must be given a chance to lead a team not only the high command should always interfere but also give some chances to the units in the city which would cause them to be happy and unlock their skills
I mean like someone is a cadet so high command will ask them to carry on this situation with the things they got and idea they have .

4.Events should be done on regular basics.
Like events between The units and for the people of the city which will boost them for their good feeling and won't make them board.

5.I would like to be strict with the global situations.
I would ask our each units to fulfill the duty and attend all the global situations possible.

6. The radio in the cars.
In the patrolling cars I see the radio works
But it don't seem to be useful much as none listen to it so I would like to upgrade it and the point 1 I described also be implemented on the patrolling cars.

Air Force (AF)
This department will be responsible for all the activities by air.
Starting from air patrolling to help units to move faster to any situation as soon as possible by air.

Human Resources (HR)
This department is responsible for all sort of hiring and training for the new comers.
This Department will also be responsible for checking every units

Special Operation Force (SOF)
This department will be responsible for every possible global and all sort of store robbery or any hostage situation.
In addition to that it would be break down into two divisions-
Black Alpha (Support & Event Management): Responsible for other helpful tasks for NG. I.e.. In additional to store robbery or hostage situation they would also help in managing Candy Run and other events.
Black Delta (Rapid Response and Tactical Force) : Responsible for acting or to respond to the global or store robbery or any other situation as soon as possible.

Military police (MP)
responsible for every task and checkup and to run everything in a proper and professional manner.
Patrol around the base and gate keeping.
I would like that the MP police will be taking care of the gate keeping shifts.
Also Patrolling in the areas nearby and the Ghetto Patrol will be responsible by them (mostly).
A new team assigned as name Titan Support Group (TSG)(Armored Vehicle and Land Support) - which will be assigned a special task as of the heavy armor vehicles management and control
reason is that I see the vehicles just be in their position and not much usable.
Titan Support Group (TSG) will be a all rounder team and mainly as a backup unit and guardian (likely we can say) for the land support.


Fiscal Affairs Division (FAD)
This department is responsible for all sorts of financial tasks like starting from giving bonus to managing hostage situation about the finance.
Everything from regarding finance will be responsible by this department.
I know only leader can take out money from org but in need leader will take out and give it to the chief officer and he will handle it to the other officers.

Undercover
Also they will be like undercover agents of NG.
so let me describe Undercover agents work
Intel gathering.
responsible for suspects i.e.. 10-15.
gathering intel on raids.
finding best time for a event or any meetings
acts as an 1st person security
they will only answer to their handler.

In last term the SOF Department want to take every tasks of all the departments and want to dominate but that's totaly wrong so I want everyone to enjoy themselves so I eventually dismantle and rearranged everything according to my power and I can explain myself and here it goes
