- Firstly I have been in this city for a fine amount of time and when I first came in this city I always admired the state organisations and joined them. I made some pretty good friends and connections there. Then during Aekal Tnt’s term, one of my friend advised me to leave the state organisations and join the crime life. I thought of it and gave it a chance. This was my first time joining a gang and after the interview, I secured the rank of gangster. As soon as I joined the gang and did the events, I loved it and realized what I was missing on. Since then I never went back to State organizations and continued my crime life and kept on improving myself, and now hereby I stand 5 times Underdeputy in Crime organizations.
- I have seen many leaders failing to make their term successful and one of the reasons as per my observation is that the HCs are not knowledgeable and lead events, which leads to them making a rule break and thus sometimes resulting in a mass rule break to get the organization a warning. I will only hire HCs who are experienced and knowledgeable and always conduct their interview. I will also focus and tell the HCs to teach the people who are new to crime.
- I have been a HC for a couple of times in almost all gangs, and I know how to conduct events such as FZ raid, Hostage Situation and Store robbery etc. I know how to handle situations, stay calm and make the right decisions quickly, so I think a can be a great leader.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Under my leadership, the gang will most active ever.
2. We will increase the activity of our gang and show dominance in Ghetto.
3. I will ensure that there is no toxicity and favoritism in the gang and will provide good bonuses and give promotion to those who deserve it.
4. I will pick experienced and knowledgeable deputies
5. We will keep gang members from getting by doing highway robberies, hostage situations etc.
6. We will do FZ raid and Store robberies on a daily basis.
7. I will pick experienced and good HCs who know all the rules so that they can lead Highway and ghetto robberies without any rule break.
8. I will hire HCs and members who are active at night so that our gang will show its dominance even at night.
9. I will pick uncommon places for hostage situations so that the LEOs are confused.
