2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

The Three specific Reasons Why I choose to be Leader of Marabunta :-

2.1:- Marabunta is one of the Most oldest Gang in the city and it’s my most fun gang and i kind of like the color of the gang. But it has been inactive for a while so i want to bring back the marabunta as the peak it was before, if I get chance to get leadership I will try my best to do max 24/7 Store and Gun store Robberies and all the other events.

2.2:- If I Get leadership of Marabunta, I will try to break the record of max store and max Gun store (Hopefully). I will make most responsible High-command to make the term successful with least possible Rule breaks. I will also provide good bonus and I will give promotion to people who are active in Marabunta. I will give my best to make most active term of Marabunta so then it can be actually remembered by everyone... (Alright, I'll say it myself i got too much high hopes)

2.3:- In my term I will add a strike system (Yes, I've been a Leo for too long now) and if a person gets 3 strike he will be kicked from the Organization (Yes, I mean kicked as in Literally) and I will hand-pick my High commands so that they are Good people who have good experience and Have good behavior with others and they do not misuses the power (tough but manageable...). I will Give an opportunity to Everyone to prove themselves and to those who are working hard...

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization

As Leader of Marabunta I will try to improve Role play by:-

3.1:- As The Leader of Marabunta I will make a team for Ghetto Clapping and Graffiti so that we can get people to do things they are better at...

3.2:- In My term I will make my gang active everywhere so we can do max hostage situations and be one of the most active gang in the City...

3.3:- I will make my term capable enough so that people can actually remember me as someone good...

3.4:- I will teach people about role play and my deputy will do that too, Also I will make The deputy most responsible person and those who have good behavior...

3.5:- I will give good bonus in my term and i will give 100k to the person who is most active per week and it will be deducted from my pocket (Yes, Big Expenses)

1)= I think I want to become leader coz there is only 1 gang active in city right now they are doing what they want to do I want to stop them I have best of best deputy with me we can take whole city in 1 week.

2)= I have quiet good exp. in gang and legal org. too I have been deputy of marabunta and rest 14 in all gang of I know how things work in gang shit.

3)= I would like to revive gang shit in our city for now people are missing old gang and i know i am make it.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
1)= roleplay quality in these day in city is getting worst day by day main and one of the biggest reason is favoritism i will not do i think we should rate our gang member as their knowledge not by how they are close to me this should be fix in city ASAP.
2)= I will try to make sure that my gang will do all the Criminal activities like Gun Store Robbery, Hostage Situation, Fort Zancudo Raid, BattleShip, Clandestine, Car theft, Subs and every single activity of gang i will make sure performed by ballas every single day.
3)= as i said before i want my term active 24/7 so i have to appoint deputy from all time zone.
4)= i will appoint 10 graffiti leader each leader have a team who do graffiti for max profit every hour.
5)= turf is one of the most interesting and important thing in gang so i will make 2 turf leader and team of best turf team so that we can get 100% turf.
6)= to do a high level and proper RP i will make sure my gang will use /me /do /try /todo commands in situations to do a better and proper RP
7)= I can't tolerate any kind of rule break from any member this is punishable offence so for those who are doing rule break we have strike system (1 strike = 24hr freeze/ demotion)

I spent most of my time playing on this server in CRIME organizations, which means that I have very good experience and am familiar with the duties and tasks that an active gang should perform. I also spent some time in STATE organizations, and I gained experience and knowledge for STATE organizations as well, which enabled me to get to know police tactics and positions that I have to watch out for as a gang leader.
I would like to try new things and new challenges, so far I have not had the opportunity to be a leader on the current Nexus RP server, I want to try myself in that challenge. I have tried myself in different things and I think I have matured for this position.
Strategic thinking and vision: I consider myself an excellent person who has serious strategic thinking that will help in winning various actions and tasks. I know how to lead a team and make it strong enough to achieve anything. My time, honesty, passion and love for work are enough to make me a good leader. In addition, I make quick decisions, which can bring us victory at any moment, and I think I will bring my organization to the top.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

First of all, I want all illegal organizations (Ballas, Vagos, Bloods, Marabunta, Families) to be friendly, just like all STATE organizations are friends with each other, I believe that this will improve RP and facilitate most robberies and actions.
We will organize events in order to get to know each other better and make friends with other organizations.
I want us to make as many smart plans as possible, which will give the STATE a serious task and to prepare well for our actions, so that we can easily carry out all actions successfully.
I will introduce a stricter interview process with different situations, so that I can see if all the members of my organization know the rules of the server, because the main reason for the breakup of gangs is the lack of proper RP knowledge, with the fact that new, not so experienced members make the most mistakes.
My applications for new members will always be open, the main reason is that I want to have an active and successful organization.
With my deputies, I will keep records of minuses and pluses. If a member collects a certain number of pluses, he will receive a RANKUP. If he collects a certain number of minuses, he will first go to RANKDOWN. If the violation of the rules continues, I will solve it by expelling him from the organization.
Behind me I have a serious TEAM of good shooters who will help my gang in conquering territories, robberies, hostages and other actions that will improve RP and events on the server.
