Rejected VDM and GR 6.9 | 26422

Dear Admin, as you can see in the POV, I was in the beach market doing my persional work, but this guy (26422) sudenly comes and started doing VDM, I didnt understand what was hapaning at the moment, I thought it was done by misteck and it is normal as well and I was trying to talk with the guy, but that guy started VDM continuasly and he killed me. And most importently when I was unconcious, the guy was showing me the masturbation emoji and it was very annoying. I dont understand why these kind of players exist in the server?

So, Dear Admin, I am requesting You to take appropriate action on this immidiatly.
