I have been in various organizations and learned a lot from the leaders of those organizations including NG under Liam Vercetti's term and Kazuto Kirigaya's term which was a lot of fun since they would have daily activities and hand out bonuses here and there and we would always joke around and have respect for each other now with that being said I am applying for this position to bring new members into NG and try to teach them new things and possibly give them the ability to become leaders in the future and contribute to San Andreas and the civilians.

1. I'm interested in the work of the National Guard as i am currently training for the army myself i believe this could be a really fun experience but also challenging however i have much experience and i know that i can handle the struggles i want to be leader of NG.

2. NG was the first ever org i really ever felt part of a team. Everyone had their own role to play and i felt included and because of that i want to give others the same feeling.

I would like to be leader of NG to try and help others understand better knowledge when it comes to National guard such as helping them not only understand their roles but why there role is important, doing this should make National guard alot more fun which is all i want since when i first joined NG the amount of fun i was having is what made me want to become the leader.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. All new soldiers without experience in the National Guard will be set through a simple training program which will teach them their roles and the fundamentals NG is built upon. Even those with experiences from LSPD, SAHP, FIB will have to complete this training program. (HOWEVER THIS DOES NOT APPLY IF THEY HAVE PAST EXPERIENCE IN NG)

2. I will have all new soldiers taken through an interview based upon rp rules such as fear rp, fail rp, metagaming and powergaming which will ultimately lead to little to no mistakes throughout the entire NG Term.

3. I will try to implement training exercises to help the soldiers interact with each other like a bonding experience. This should help communication and trust between the soldiers.

4. I want all members of NG to understand their important as a person therefore weekly i will be holding a ceremony for Soldier of the week. This comes with a 50,000 Bonus and a rank up. I hope this will help all my soldiers realise that their hard work pays off.

5. I believe adding departments such as Military police who will do inspections regularly to stop any corruption inside the organization and a Financial department to help me give out my bonuses to those who are deserving.

2.1
. When I came to the city I started exploring different jobs to earn some money be it farmer's job , electrician's job ' and many other jobs. Then, I got an opportunity to join SAHP as my first state org. I grabbed that opportunity immediately and started as a trooper. Slowly, I got promotions and started developing some leading skills by learning from my High Commands and Leaders. That was the first moment ever I dreamt of becoming an State Org. Leader. So, I'm here to grab this opportunity and lead the Army by becoming the General.

2.2. I joined National Guard few months ago and I work there with my full dedication and passion, watching my work and dedication towards NG my High Commands gave me very good Rank ups in promotion ceremonies. Due to this, I became an High Command in a very short span of time and started leading operations for NG. So, I think I'm fully capable to lead the Army and provide the State with my services.

2.3. I have been in NG from the past two terms at honorable ranks of Major General of Army and Assistant General respectively. During this, I developed decent leadership skills and qualities. Alongside that, I found some issues which I want to fix by becoming the General of National Guards.

3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organization.🤔

3.1
. Training of National Guard
In my experience I have seen that the training of National Guard is not up to the mark of other state orgs. Because of that, NG employees often suffer from inferiority complex. So, I will try to hire best HR team possible and I will personally supervise their training sessions in order to ensure that the employees are getting best training.

3.2. Focusing on Freshers
The freshers are those members of any state org who have joined at a beginner rank and have just finish their training. They are the one who decides the fate of any organization, they work as a foundation of any State org. So, I will make the HR and Military Police to focus on their minor to minor mistake and guide them how to correct it and not to do it ever again.

3.3. Special Operations Training
From my point of view, I have observed that their are very few soldiers who know how to conduct a ammo run and the soldiers who know how to conduct a ghetto patrol are even less than that. Because of that the NG struggles while leading a ghetto patrol and because of that they make mistakes. So, I will conduct frequent training sessions to teach the solders about these special operations.

3.4. Disciplined with Time
I will try to fix a specific time for conducting Ghetto Patrols and some internal events by doing a meeting with all the soldiers and taking their opinions for what time period they are active the most. This will create a discipline about time, because it's very necessary to be in discipline for the Army Personnel.

Here are three reasons why I want to be the leader of the National Guard:

A. Leading the National Guard would allow me to play my dream role, As Serving in National Guard is my passion and Leading the National Guard is my dream and after I joined NG, I got good experience within NG .

B. With my NG experience and passion towards National Guard, I would work towards enhancing the Soldiers preparedness and response capabilities, making sure we are always ready to protect our city from threats. For some people NG is boring as there is nothing do in FZ apart from gatekeeping until any ammo run or any situation occurs but for me NG is full of fun and most powerful org if I try and get to that potential, I have lot of role play ideas for NG and with other Legal orgs which will help soldiers to be active and enjoyable, Most importantly , if I get a term , I will try my best to give a real time Army experience.

C. Last my activeness, as im very much passionate about NG, almost whole day im active in base/city(6hrs to 8 hrs) and will be there to help and assist any soldiers who needs HC, except night due to time zone.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

As A leader, I would have the opportunity to implement few improvements for NG. By Conducting regular, realistic training sessions and drills that mimic real-life situations. These includes Hostage situation, Store Robbery, Security Operations Like Defending FZ, and patrols. Training will not only cover tactics but also communication such as radios codes and by encouraging players to use military protocols,
By doing these, I can create the roleplay level within the National Guard, creating a more immersive, engaging, and realistic experience for all participants.


Departments and Their Responsibilities within the National Guard

Each department will have specific tasks and expectations that are aligned with real-world military structures (e.g., Black Ops, Air Force, Human Resource, Military Police).

Human resources( HR ) : Department to hire new soldiers and train them properly , how to use radio codes , explaining about each departments etc

Military police (MP) : Department will decrease the corruption between the officers ,MP have the right to search any officer if they suspect him, have the right to check his bodycam/Logs and basically to keep NG base Clean without any illegal items and corruption.

Air force (AF) : Department are responsible to remove all gangs cars by Air lifting them, also scouting city very often to get intel's about gang activities , helping Black Ops on their task/mission ,

Black ops (BO) : special forces of the National Guard this units are tasked with engaging in high-risk situations like Ghetto Patrolling / Store Robbery / Hostage / Defending FZ and providing assistance to other organizations if requested and I love this department a lot. For BO “They live by chance, They love by choice, They kill by profession.”

First of all, it was the organisation I enjoyed the most in the National Guard, bio and unoffical family, I experienced illegal life and legal life with the national guard, but I enjoyed it the most in legal life and national guard because it is both challenging and simple, but it is just as difficult and fun to manage, and I want to taste this experience, I have previously managed depermants and in the term of Merodinin, since Merodinin has not been very active in recent days, I tried to manage it partially,
although it was difficult for me, I had a lot of fun and overcame this feeling, and now I want to taste this feeling, I have enough experience for this.

Recently the National guard was almost never active in night events but in my term it will be very active and I will try to finish the term with 0 warnings and try to win all fz raids at least I will try

I will make a strong, disciplined, respectful period, all depermants will do their duty, there will never be Favourtism, everyone will get what they deserve, so I will have taken a step towards becoming the best org.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.


Only knowledgeable and respectful people will be in NG, and for those who do not have knowledge, Hr's will bring them to this level by providing very high-level training, so we will not make any mistakes, we will make the highest level rp.
The supervision system will be at the highest level so that there will be no inactive soldiers.
I and my deputy will personally deal with all the stirke and the people who will be Hc.
I will ensure that my soldiers are active and happy by overpaying the bonus, even out of my own pocket if necessary.
We will coordinate with the Air Force so we will know in advance and prepare for FZ raids.
We will regularly engage in arena training with my soldiers in the NG arena so that we are always ready

Ans:- (I would like to break it down into points)
1.NG was the first org I have joined.
2.Slowly Slowly I made deep connection to it.
3.As it was my first org I made new friends and enjoyed al lot.
4.Having deep connection to it sometimes make me think that if I became a leader I will make NG a stronger org and a supportive community for all .
5.Bring good vibe and allow everyone to enjoy the game at the fullest.

Now I had given the reasons in points but I want to say more.
When I joined NG. I was new to this world I joined and was very actively serving NG and the state. Time went by and went by unlocking me new opportunities to develop myself as I see myself growing I also get new responsibilities and I am truly abide by it and I respect it.
I keep on doing the tasks and serve our beloved generals.
I also get new opportunities to get my own department for NG to respond to global and I am happy and thankful to our ex general (before last term) Sir Thomas that he did it for me. And I really appreciate it.
The last term with our beloved general Alan sir, I have enjoyed a lot.

3.Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
Ans:
(Again breaking everything in clear points)
1.Sensors on the gates.
like any cars getting inside must be informed by radio in the cars.
Not only in raids.
like in raids the alarm works.
i would like to implement for trace passers.
not for more but only for 3 seconds.

2. Developing a supportive community
So that everyone will be the side of everyone on their needs and bring good vibe so that no one get boarded.
Candy run , specOPS , ghetto patrol and usual patrolling on daily basics.
Regular based drills and training must be held among all.

3.Test the skills of everyone and their respective their choices
Every units must be given a chance to lead a team not only the high command should always interfere but also give some chances to the units in the city which would cause them to be happy and unlock their skills
I mean like someone is a cadet so high command will ask them to carry on this situation with the things they got and idea they have .

4.Events should be done on regular basics.
Like events between The units and for the people of the city which will boost them for their good feeling and won't make them board.

5.I would like to be strict with the global situations.
I would ask our each units to fulfill the duty and attend all the global situations possible.

6. The radio in the cars.
In the patrolling cars I see the radio works
But it don't seem to be useful much as none listen to it so I would like to upgrade it like we have a general radio for us.
but in cars i would like to implement that the i have described in point 1.

In addition to that it would be break down into two divisions-
Black Alpha (Support & Event Management): Responsible for other helpful tasks for NG. I.e.. In additional to store robbery or hostage situation they would also help in managing Candy Run and other events.
Black Delta (Rapid Response and Tactical Force) : Responsible for acting or to respond to the global or store robbery or any other situation as soon as possible.

Military police (MP)
responsible for every task and checkup and to run everything in a proper and professional manner.
Patrol around the base and gate keeping.
I would like that the MP police will be taking care of the gate keeping shifts.
Also Patrolling in the areas nearby and the Ghetto Patrol will be responsible by them (mostly) other than that SOF also be with them.
A new team assigned as name Titan Support Group (TSG)(Armored Vehicle and Land Support) - which will be assigned a special task as of the heavy armor vehicles management and control
reason is that I see the vehicles just be in their position and not much usable.
Titan Support Group (TSG) will be a all rounder team and mainly as a backup unit and guardian (likely we can say) for the land support.

Fiscal Affairs Division (FAD)
This department is responsible for all sorts of financial tasks like starting from giving bonus to managing hostage situation about the finance.
Everything from regarding finance will be responsible by this department.
I know only leader can take out money from org but in need leader will take out and give it to the chief officer and he will handle it to the other officers.
Bonus request handled by this department.

Undercover
Also they will be like undercover agents of NG.
so let me describe Undercover agents work
Intel gathering.
responsible for suspects i.e.. 10-15.
gathering intel on raids.
gathering intel before candy run.
and highway real time details.
quick understanding of situation.

finding best time for a event or any meetings
acts as an 1st person security.

In Thomas sir's term the SOF Department want to take every tasks of all the departments and want to dominate but that's totally wrong so I want everyone to enjoy themselves so I eventually dismantle and rearranged everything according to my power and Alan sir term i got the issue of too much high commands but i enjoyed both the term.

I can explain myself for the departments i choose and here it goes

Necessary Department.

2.1 I was in NG from last 6 terms , i have the experience of chief of hr of ng and in other org also i having high command experience like FIB Chief of staff of hr. that's why know how to manage the organization and keep the organization active . I will make sure to complete the term without any warning or any verbal . I also know that gatekeeping is the most important thing in NG and as a leader we have to make Fort Zancudo gates covered the whole time .

2.2 I have experienced all the roles in most of the organization and also know the importance of not breaking rules in any org . By being in a leadership position, I can steer initiatives that resonate with my principles and help the organization achieve its long-term objectives. Here are three reasons why I want to be the leader of the National Guard:

A. Leading the National Guard would allow me to play my dream role, As Serving in National Guard is my passion and Leading the National Guard is my dream and after I joined NG, I got good experience within NG .

B. With my NG experience and passion towards National Guard, I would work towards enhancing the Soldiers preparedness and response capabilities, making sure we are always ready to protect our city from threats. For some people NG is boring as there is nothing do in FZ apart from gatekeeping until any ammo run or any situation occurs but for me NG is full of fun and most powerful org if I try and get to that potential, I have lot of role play ideas for NG and with other Legal orgs which will help soldiers to be active and enjoyable, Most importantly , if I get a term , I will try my best to give a real time Army experience.

C. Last my activeness, as im very much passionate about NG, almost whole day im active in base/city(6hrs to 8 hrs) and will be there to help and assist any soldiers who needs HC, except night due to time zone.

As A leader, I would have the opportunity to implement few improvements for NG. By Conducting regular, realistic training sessions and drills that mimic real-life situations. These includes Hostage situation, Store Robbery, Security Operations Like Defending FZ, and patrols. Training will not only cover tactics but also communication such as radios codes and by encouraging players to use military protocols,
By doing these, I can create the roleplay level within the National Guard, creating a more immersive, engaging, and realistic experience for all participants.


Departments and Their Responsibilities within the National Guard

Each department will have specific tasks and expectations that are aligned with real-world military structures (e.g., Black Ops, Air Force, Human Resource, Military Police).

Human resources( HR ) : Department to hire new soldiers and train them properly , how to use radio codes , explaining about each departments etc

Military police (MP) : Department will decrease the corruption between the officers ,MP have the right to search any officer if they suspect him, have the right to check his bodycam/Logs and basically to keep NG base Clean without any illegal items and corruption.

Air force (AF) : Department are responsible to remove all gangs cars by Air lifting them, also scouting city very often to get intel's about gang activities , helping Black Ops on their task/mission ,

Black ops (BO) : special forces of the National Guard this units are tasked with engaging in high-risk situations like Ghetto Patrolling / Store Robbery / Hostage / Defending FZ and providing assistance to other organizations if requested and I love this department a lot. For BO “They live by chance, They love by choice, They kill by profession.”
