Context to this situation since he is attempting to deceive admins.

I was doing a caravan, he attacked it and failed so i delivered it and found him and killed him since the situation wasn't over.
I ICly still remembered him and killed him.

General Rule 3.1 OOC insulting?!?
I am in character when in the city so how can it be OOC insult?...

Any admin reviewing this i ask if you could request him to provide 10 - 20 seconds longer POV before the POV started and you will see his attempt at deception.

You were not in another part of the city were you?
You were like 50 meters away from the area you first shot at me.
Also i am not toxic, if someone tries to take your life i think my reaction wasn't too hard.
If you disagree, go outside and get a life and quit being a snowflake.
