I have already gained some experience in a gang during my time in the state and would like to take the chance to experience what it is like to lead a gang again.
In addition, my long time playing on Server 02 has given me a lot of experience in roleplay and knowledge of the rules.
I am also distinguished by the fact that I have always been the contact person for the other gangs and state organizations and have usually been able to counteract internal problems and conflicts well.

3. What suggestions does your organization have for improving roleplay, what goal are you striving for?
My priority is that we make a name for ourselves in the city. To do this, we will involve all state organizations and take RP-promoting measures that will be remembered...
We also want to show our presence at events and assert ourselves against other gangs, which means regular spray and zinc activities, sea combat, cland and of course the events against the state organization such as informant/car theft, submarine, shop robbery, weapons convoy, money transport and raid (black market and HQ).
Every member should be treated with respect and be of equal value. Likewise, every member of Los Santos Vagos should be ready to do anything for everyone in the gang.

Recently I was the leader of ballas and marabunta but due to some uncertainties it was disbanded but now I am aware and ready for everything and also i have remained hc in all gangs including vagos. I was hc in marabunta and got so much quick rank ups in gang for my hard work and dedication though I left disband the organization I have got a very good experience.

- Firstly I have been in this city for a fine amount of time and when I first came in this city I loved state organisations. I made some pretty good friends and connections there. By the advise of one of my friend I left the state organisations and join the crime life. My First gang in this city was Marabunta Grande, I secured the rank of gangster. As soon as I joined the gang and did the events, I loved it . Since then I never went back to State organizations and continued my crime life and kept on improving myself, and now hereby I stand 7 times Underdeputy in Crime organizations. I always admired the the vagos gang as it was one of the gang which was the most active when I was new to the city. I really liked the fact that it has its own Ghetto and asserts its dominance in that area.

- I have seen many leaders failing to make their term successful and one of the reasons as per my observation is that the HCs are not knowledgeable and lead events like Highway and Ghetto Robbery, which leads to them making a rule break and thus sometimes resulting in a mass rule break to get the organization a warning. I will only hire HCs who are experienced and knowledgeable and always conduct their interview. I will also focus and tell the HCs to teach the people who are new to crime.

- I have been a HC for a good amount of time in almost all gangs,and I have observed some good leaders and deputies thats why I know how to conduct and lead events such as FZ raid, Hostage Situation and Store robbery etc. I know how to handle situations, stay calm and make the right decisions quickly, so I think a can be a great leader. I also have many people and friends who will join and help in my term.

• I would like to be leader of the Vagos gang because I have lots of experience from being in English city 1 and 2 and i know the rules fairly well along with the punishments for these rules.
• Another reason id like to get leader of Vagosis, because with eng city 2 being a pretty new server still there is new players in the city who have no previous experience in gangs and there is also a mix of players who are from ENG 1 that do have experience and with this I could have myself and other experienced members help and share knowledge with the new people in the gang and we could all work together to help each other become the best gang in the city.
• My last reason for wanting to become leader of this org is, being leader of an org will give me an opportunity to meet new people within the city and make some good friends while also giving me a group of people to have fun with and build and carry a solid gang.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. To improve roleplay within the gang I would have a specific group of people who I am certain has a lot of helpful knowledge and can help new players in the gang when they need help and this will also be my team who will go out in the city on certain dates and times to try and recruit members and i will have a set procedure and manual they have to follow when recruiting each new member.
2. I also plan on (I would ask more about this during my interview if chosen bc im not sure if it falls under metagaming) creating a map that indicates each spray location for the members of the spray team as this will help players who do not know the spray locations well or are trying out sprays for the first time.
3. I would like to implement a gang accountant who will hold a percent of all money earned within the gang and this money will be used to help buy members in the gang skill for robbing, house robberies and car theft and will also be used to buy supplies for these activites such as crowbars, bookbags, etc
4. I plan on having set ranks within the gang with specific responsibilities and expectations. For Example, I would have a rank called "Spray Captain" and this rank with be responsible for leading the spray team, giving members on the team tips and tricks, making sure all the spray team members are doing sprays every hour and overall managing the team of people who volunteer to go do sprays. - Firstly I have been in this city for a fine amount of time and when I first came in this city I loved state organisations. I made some pretty good friends and connections there. By the advise of one of my friend I left the state organisations and join the crime life. My First gang in this city was Marabunta Grande, I secured the rank of gangster. As soon as I joined the gang and did the events, I loved it . Since then I never went back to State organizations and continued my crime life and kept on improving myself, and now hereby I stand 7 times Underdeputy in Crime organizations. I always admired the the vagos gang as it was one of the gang which was the most active when I was new to the city. I really liked the fact that it has its own Ghetto and asserts its dominance in that area.

- I have seen many leaders failing to make their term successful and one of the reasons as per my observation is that the HCs are not knowledgeable and lead events like Highway and Ghetto Robbery, which leads to them making a rule break and thus sometimes resulting in a mass rule break to get the organization a warning. I will only hire HCs who are experienced and knowledgeable and always conduct their interview. I will also focus and tell the HCs to teach the people who are new to crime.

- I have been a HC for a good amount of time in almost all gangs,and I have observed some good leaders and deputies thats why I know how to conduct and lead events such as FZ raid, Hostage Situation and Store robbery etc. I know how to handle situations, stay calm and make the right decisions quickly, so I think a can be a great leader.

1. Under my leadership, the gang will most active ever.
2. We will increase the activity of our gang and show dominance in Ghetto.
3. I will pick experienced and good HCs who know all the rules so that they can lead Highway and ghetto robberies without any rule break.
