2.1 I was in NG from last 6 terms , i have the experience of chief of hr of ng and in other org also i having high command experience like FIB Chief of staff of hr. that's why know how to manage the organization and keep the organization active . I will make sure to complete the term without any warning or any verbal . I also know that gatekeeping is the most important thing in NG and as a leader we have to make Fort Zancudo gates covered the whole time .

2.2 I have experienced all the roles in most of the organization and also know the importance of not breaking rules in any org . By being in a leadership position, I can steer initiatives that resonate with my principles and help the organization achieve its long-term objectives. I have many ideas and plans that will ensure success of the term that i get and My main goal is to make the organization more active and responsive than before .

2.3 I want to make new people learn rules and regulations of the city and also to help develop there skills and confidence and will try to make the organization strong as a whole and also keep HCs to be respectful to new members of the org and teach them the basic stuff of LEOS .


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Keeping the HRs active 24/7 so they can hire new people to the org and give training

Increasing bonuses every week and clearing them on time .

Having a routine checkup of armory , logs and completing all the curator tasks .

Keeping minimum 5 units in every event .

Keeping minimum 4 units on the gate .

As a General i would increase the use of RP commands

I would try my best to have good relations with other organization

Recruiting experienced people to lead low commands in the organization and giving proper training to the recruits so we avoid all mistakes!

- In other servers I serverd as 28th rank ( Assistant General ) and and 29 rank (LT. General) also in EN2 recently I spent the last term of National guard and served as LT. General with few more experience in past at national guard. Now I think its my time of being a leader of National Guard.

- As a successful Ex leader of LSPD and being and by spending the last term of National Guard as LT. Gneral I have successfully gatherd a lot experince along side of other organizations (FIB,SAHP,EMS,Government) 30,29,28 rank holders. Now it's time to gain the experince of leader of National Guard and also time of spreading some experince to others again.

- As we know National Guard is one of the main head of all legal organizations and as being with the lastest general I gained a quiet lot of interest in National Guard again and now I want to become the lader of National guard at any cost.



3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- Disciplined : Making NG the most disciplinary organization is my motive. I will maintain discipline and I will remodify the discipline structure of NG for this term.

- Internal rules : I will re-desgin some internal rules that I am not able to change without being a leader. With this little changes I can make NG the most successful organization.

- Weekly Promotions : I will organize weekly promotion ceremonies as my last LSPD term to courage and make them most dedicated for hardworking.

- Regular trainings : I will organize some regular basis trainings for officers like Arena trainings,Fake Hostage situation protection scenarios to let my officers experience the most.

- Maintain Professionalism : I will make my officers more professional by giving them proper classes and I will identify a new category named " Student Academy " in my time.

- Document Update : I will update the documents of the organization and make it too easy to understand for my officers easy trainings.

- Department activities : I will work on my departments that I will assign and appoint a few dedicated officers to improve the quality of my departments.

Ans- National Guards the backbone of all the State Organisation From delivering the ammos on time to all the organisation, to providing backup to leos whenever needed I joined National Guards Many months before and through my hardwork and dedication I become the Dhod Of Hr in NG....

2nd Ans-Ng most different from leos but not less then leos I wanna lead my soldiers in such a way that no one can dare to trespass in our base , I wanna lead this organisation to the most active organisation so that people can't troll ng in main barracks

3rd ans - This org is really close to my heart the friends I made their + the things I learnt there , made many mistakes and learnt through it , I have seen many mistakes from hcs also which I'm aware of.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.


1. Shooting Training on every weekends with General and l.t general

2. Promo Ceremony every week with special prizes ( it's because I wanna become a cool General )

3. Training my soldiers how to negotiate in a hostage situation with high level of roleplay

4. Making them well known to legislation - Everyone will have to attend this classes where some special people will teach everyone legislation ( so in future they can become leader or lawyer)

5. Surprise bonus I will randomly walk to gate and give gate keepers bonus so it will make them guard it more .


6. Making all departments most active by giving them good level of task .

- I started to work in the city as a Government Officer and was quite pleased with the job assigned to me. This experience has motivated me to seek more of such responsibilities and I am sure I can cope with the demands of serving as General and dealing with fighting crime.

- Having been a Commanding General Of Army in the National Guard and a Lieutenant Colonel in two terms with the SAHP, I cannot say there were uncountable irregularities that were not taken advantage of practicing the National Guard. I am ready to meet these requirements and help in creating a favorable working atmosphere in the unit.

- During my term, I want to make the National Guard the most operational organization, with focus on planning activities and addressing needs and situations vigorously, including gaining respect from others while rewarding people who deserve commendation, promotion and recognition.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- To reward the active or engaging of units in the city and their quick engagement with situations in the city, a Bonus System should be put in place.

- For the purposes of recruiting key members, employ people with high skill and prowess within Human Resources so that all units are equipped or trained to offer quality service for the citizens.

- Aim at an availability of units in the city at all times. This would ensure that there would be maximum potential response to any incidents. Many residents were working to lower the crime committed by gangs and make the city more peaceful and safe.

1. My first legal organization was NG then it was my first term of NG and I started from low to high rank then I become major general of army and I learnt many things in the first term and my second term of NG i became commanding general of army so from this I have learnt many new things and my Third term also same , so overall I am having 3 term experience .

2. And my other organizations are Government and SAHP and FIB with high command experience but still I like NG most so I want to take experience of leadership so that I will learnt more things and I can handle any situation and i want to change the level of this organization and i have zero toxicity .

3. I believe to keep healthy relationships between other organizations and NG was my first legal organization so that why I want to take more experience in this so I want to become a leader of NG .

Q3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

So in this NG organization firstly I will make sure all the soldiers are having proper training so that's no soldier face any difficulty by any situation and next I will make sure that this organization is active in anytime zone for any situation I will create this organization like it will be ready for any situation and important thing discipline of organization and professonalism of organization and sincerely for organization and we want soldier like full responsible and good listener so for the change of NG the leader should be cool and understandable and having patients and quick decision making and right decision making then this organization will be more active in the city and the bonus system should be strong and also they get on time when the soldiers will also be happy and they will be more sincerely and discipline for this organization if I become the leader of this organization then I will make sure what I said i will do it .

I want to take NG to new heights under my leadership.

1:I Joined NG in Mr Raj aryan term and ng is my first legal org and at first i got master sergeant rank and then i joined air force and i got rank of squadron leader and i worked hard in this rank and then i got promoted to wing commander due to my hardwork and at this rank i worked very hard and i got good knowledge of legal orgs because this was a high command rank and after this i got promoted to dhod of air force because i worked very hard and i had good knowledge of ng
2:Then i joined SAHP in Rihan Pluxury term and i got rank of lieutenant then term got disbanded and i joined ng back i got rank of hod of air force because of my past experience and after that i got CG of air force due my good level of knowledge and my hard work then term got disbanded i went back to sahp and i got rank of Dhod of SWAT and then i got rank of HOD due to my good level of knowledge and hard work and then i got promoted to COS of SWAT and then term got disbanded and right now i am Cheif Commander of SWAT
3:As, i have mentioned my Experiences in previous points, I think i am capable of to take the leadership of NG and i will definitely make my term a wonderful term and I think i can make my term active.

1:I will make sure that my units will attend day time events aswell as night time events like subs,acc,bank protection etc because i have seen that they are very less units active at night and i will issue special bonus to the units which are active at night and i will hire more units that are active at night
2:I will teach the beginners to how to handle situations and how to deal with trespassers and i will teach them how not to break any ic rules aswell as server rules\OOC rules
3:I will give my units good training which will help them in ng aswell as other legal orgs and will help them in every situation
4:I will make a Good Bonus system so that it will encourage them and they will be more active and I will special Bonus to Night Time Units as there are very less units at night and special bonus will encourage more units to be active at night
5:I will Organize Weekly Promotion Ceremony which will encourage the Units to do more hardwork and be active

I want to be leader of National guard as I have been colonel in en2 and grabbing at the moment from private to Colonel within 2terms i know each and every thing about NG how it work
I will help people to understand that NG is the precious oragnization for San Andreas. Its not about taking care of NG base only but I will make everyone understand that without NG other orgs will not be able to work correctly because without NG they will not get the stock of ammunitions
If i will be selected as the leader of the organisation , i will make proper departments like military police , , air force etc . Also i will make sure to get properly every guard trained according to his department so that he can excel in his department , therefore , i will make sure that our army is ready with specially trained agents to tackle every situation with full efficiency and protect the city .

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1) Regular recruitment drives for the ORG to grow its members
2) Regular ceremony including promotion/bonus which eventually will make people to do work in order to get the achievement they want in the org .
3) Make the org a good place with polite and helpful members from which the new guys who join will get the best exp possible .
4) Good HRT team to help the org grow and maintain quality
5) Pr team for making events and doing things which would made NG more Glowing in front of citizens .
6) Always good and roleplay wise communication with other orgs for better RP in orgs .
7) Always focus on gates to fulfill the minimum requirement and will also focus on joining other events too .

My departments -
HRT : This is the HR team main work to hire/fire unit's , give training's , make promotion ceramony list also make bonus list by checking logs and this department will have good amount of bonus for thier work's .

Airforce : This is the air force team in ng which is the pilots of army who will scout the air during raid hours and give air supports to ammo runs , give assistant's to SOF training and transportation help in events .

SOF : This will the special forces of ng who is mainly the backbone because they will handle ammorun's and ghetto patrol's lead or take lead as a ng in any events ng attends and this will a strict and hard department to join only selected for the deserving ones .

Military police : This is the top department in ng which will check logs , search trunks , give strikes and have the authority to handle the base when Leader is not available , have org meeting , Check people if they are corrupted or not , do activity check etc .

PR : Make events and do state waves for it and it could made the NG more glowing and popular , Doing new rec ideas all around the state etc .

1:I Joined the National Guard in Mr. Raj Aryan's term and the National Guard Is my first legal org at first I got master sergeant rank and then I joined the Air Force and got the rank of squadron leader and I worked hard In this rank and then I got promoted to wing commander due to my hard work and at this rank, I worked very hard and I got a good knowledge of legal organs because This was a high command rank and after this, I got promoted to DHOD of air force because I worked very hard and I had good knowledge of ng
2:Then I joined SAHP In Rihan Pluxury term and I got the rank of lieutenant then the term got disbanded and I joined back I got the rank of head of air force because of my experience and after that, I got Commanding General of Air Force due my good level of knowledge and my hard work then term got Disbanded I went back to the shop and I got rank of DHOD of SWAT and then I got rank of HOD due to my good level of knowledge and hard work and then I got promoted to COS of SWAT and then term got Disbanded and right now I am Chief Commander of SWAT

1:I will make sure that my Units will attend daytime events as well as Night Time events like subs, acc, bank protection, etc because I have seen that there are very few units active at night and I will Issue special bonuses to the Units that are active at night and I will Hire more units that are active at night
2:I will teach the beginners how to handle situations and how to deal with trespassers and I will teach them how not to break any IC rules as well as server rules\OOC rules
3:I will give my Units good Training which will help them In ng as well as other legal organs and will help them In every situation
4:I will make a Good Bonus system so that It will encourage them and they will be more active I will give Bonuses to them as there are very few units at night and a special bonus will encourage more units to be active at night
5:I will Organize Weekly Promotion Ceremonies which will encourage Units to do more hard work and be active
6:I will form a team of units that are always active Till subs and they will get a special bonus for being active at night, there will be fewer units In that team but they always will be active till subs

I, Alysia Tzarair, joined the National Guard during Mr. Raj Aryan's term, and it has been my first legal organization. I started as a HOD of _HR and, through hard work, climbed the ranks to AG-HR. My continuous effort and promotion to AG-HR helped me gain profound knowledge of legal organizations. These experiences have prepared me for the leadership of NG, a role I am deeply invested in.
In the time of Raj Aryan, I was put back into the National Guard as an Assistant Chief of HR. It helped me to advance my organizational skills and make me aware of the human resources management situation in the Guard, thereby putting me in an advanced position.
Proven Leadership Record:
During Rihan Pluxury's term, I was COS-HR in SAHP, and when that term disbanded, I went back to the HR team, holding positions from Head of HR, then I moved to MP, where I earned the position of COS and eventually became Chief Commander. These roles have bestowed upon me immense experience in managing large teams and ensuring smooth operations, preparing me for the responsibilities of leading the National Guard.

Success:

Encouraging Activity During All Hours:
To ensure that NG is always active, both day and night, I, Alysia Tzarair, would encourage participation in daytime and night events, such as subs, acc, bank protection, etc. I plan to issue special bonuses for units that are active during the night; this will encourage more members to join the night shifts.
3. Your advice for Improving the Roleplay Level in the Organization.
Training:

I will be training the beginners on how to act in every situation and deal with trespassers. The importance of sticking to IC and OOC rules for roleplay integrity also needs to be taught.
I will ensure that all the members of NG receive high-quality training that enhances their performance within the organization. This training will not only benefit their NG roles but also prepare them for other legal organizations.
I, Alysia Tzarair, plan to introduce a robust bonus system to motivate and reward active participation. Weekly promotion ceremonies will also be organized to recognize hard work and encourage members to strive for excellence.
Active Night Teams: A dedicated team of units who would stay active until the end of key events such as subs. In addition, this team gets special bonuses to further encourage them towards their commitment.

Discipline Maintenance:

I would like to lead the National Guard with a view to addressing longstanding issues and taking the organization a notch higher. My experience across several terms broadens my understanding of its challenges and potential, giving me the confidence to initiate transformative improvements.
My Objectives as a leader will be:
1. Resolve Internal Issues.
- Unity: Conflicts among organizations stall. I will build strong, cooperative relationships with all state organizations so as to create a cohesive working environment. We are defenders of the state, not enemies.
- Motivation: Bonuses and a positive atmosphere will boost a soldier's morale. I will ensure that every soldier knows he is appreciated and cared for.
2. Leadership and Discipline

I. I want to become the leader of National Guard.

(2) I. I want to become the leader of NG, because I have been in several NG terms and I've seen what they are doing wrong and what can be improved and as a leader i will fix those problems and make my term the best NG term there ever was.

II. I've seen the problems very closely and i know how to make them better. Conflicts between organizations is never the answer of anything to be honest and that's what i am going to work on having a good relation between all organizations and make them work together like a team! We are state organization not gangs to be fighting against each other.

III. In my opinion i am very good leader as in previous term of ThomasTommy Vercetti, I was handling everyone in night hours and made the whole HR department myself and that was the best thing about that term we had soo many soldiers all of them were well trained. I was the Assistant General in his term.

IV. I will make sure there are no internal conflicts in the organization, Regular bonuses for all the soldiers for the positive motivations. The environment inside the organization truly affects the organization and I've seen it myself so I'll be extra cautious when i will become the leader. And i love my soldiers so I will always stand alongside them whenever they need me.

V. I think it's important to create a friendly relationship between soldiers and their superiors. While discipline is necessary, it doesn't give superiors the right to abuse their power. Dictatorial behavior is not the same as discipline.



3. Some Changes / additions that i wish we can make for betterment of NG are:

A. I will have different shift units in NG, Day Shift units and Night Shifts units in NG. There will be a 'ShiftWise watch the gate' rule so gates will never be empty.

B
. I will do regular air shows and jet shows for the citizens of Los Santos (Via. State Waves) and will let my best pilots to fly the jets to entertain the citizens of Los Santos. NG will become more popular and it will leave a mark on everyone who is watching the air show.

C. Proper Training Sessions for all the NG soldiers will be focus on developing their attitude and behavior like a real soldier and this
Cwill make them better in gun fights and this will increase the professionalism. More professional soldier will improve Roleplay experience of them and others.

D
. Increase the involvement of NG in icly things then there ever was before, for example, NG special security during Government is doing IC events (especially when governor is there).

E.We have to take the National Guard to a level where everyone wants to serve in the National Guard. This is a very ambitious goal, but I believe it is achievable. I have outlined a detailed plan of how I believe this can be accomplished.

The National Guard has always been close to my heart. It was the very first place where I had the honor of serving my country. Over the course of four different terms, I gained so much insight into how the Guard operates. I started as a trainee, but through hard work, dedication, and the mentorship of incredible leaders, I eventually rose to a position in the High Command. Along the way, I focused on building my foundation and overcoming daily challenges, each step shaping who I am today.

One of my core beliefs is that the safety and well-being of our community must always come first. As a leader, it’s my mission to ensure that every citizen feels safe in their home, free from the threats of crime and disorder. I’m committed to developing strategies that protect our people, working hand in hand with other agencies, and ensuring peace and order are maintained.

Air Force:

The Air Force Division Needs to play a vital role by conducting aerial patrols, providing crucial air support to ground units, and actively participating in various combat missions. Additionally, the team is responsible for maintaining and operating aircraft to ensure operational readiness. Their duties extend beyond surveillance, ensuring that both air and ground operations proceed smoothly and safely.

Military Police:
