Hello dear administrator

Today i was on patrol , i was unconscious near SH and then these 2 people came to rob me first of all its not highway nor its a gettho they cant rob me here , after few time my one officer Micheal verlice came and he saw the situation bt he took a distance from that because they demanded him after that the ID 115587 came to me and said "see your officer dont care about you" ( near 1:48 in pov ) which comes under the violation of 6.8 ( It is restricted to do any amoral actions in relation to an unconscious person(e.g. spitting, sexual animations and etc) | BAN 3-7 days ) and it seems that he provoked me.

and from 3:10 ( ID 94751 ) i was talking about OOC things , he replied my OOC chats by laughing in a RP situation in which there was person dying and he was replying to ooc chats and even he is laughing in between RP situation i think this will be considered as FAIL RP
