I want to be leader of National guard as I have been colonel in en2 and grabbing at the moment from private to Colonel within 2terms i know each and every thing about NG how it work
I will help people to understand that NG is the precious oragnization for San Andreas. Its not about taking care of NG base only but I will make everyone understand that without NG other orgs will not be able to work correctly because without NG they will not get the stock of ammunitions
If i will be selected as the leader of the organisation , i will make proper departments like military police , , air force etc . Also i will make sure to get properly every guard trained according to his department so that he can excel in his department , therefore , i will make sure that our army is ready with specially trained agents to tackle every situation with full efficiency and protect the city .

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1) Regular recruitment drives for the ORG to grow its members
2) Regular ceremony including promotion/bonus which eventually will make people to do work in order to get the achievement they want in the org .
3) Make the org a good place with polite and helpful members from which the new guys who join will get the best exp possible .
4) Good HRT team to help the org grow and maintain quality
5) Pr team for making events and doing things which would made NG more Glowing in front of citizens .
6) Always good and roleplay wise communication with other orgs for better RP in orgs .
7) Always focus on gates to fulfill the minimum requirement and will also focus on joining other events too .

My departments -
HRT : This is the HRT team main work to hire/fire unit's , give training's , make promotion ceramony list also make bonus list by checking logs and this department will have good amount of bonus for thier work's .

Airforce : This is the air force team in ng which is the pilots of army who will scout the air during raid hours and give air supports to ammo runs , give assistant's to SOF training and transportation help in events .

SOF : This will the special forces of ng who is mainly the backbone because they will handle ammorun's and ghetto patrol's lead or take lead as a ng in any events ng attends and this will a strict and hard department to join only selected for the deserving ones .

Military police : This is the top department in ng which will check logs , search trunks , give strikes and have the authority to handle the base when Leader is not available , have org meeting , Check people if they are corrupted or not , do activity check etc .

PR : Make events and do state waves for it and it could made the NG more glowing and popular , Doing new rec ideas all around the state etc .

- I started to work in the city as a Government Officer and was quite pleased with the job assigned to me. This experience has motivated me to seek more of such responsibilities and I am sure I can cope with the demands of serving as General and dealing with fighting crime.

- Having been a Commanding General Of Army in the National Guard and a Lieutenant Colonel in two terms with the SAHP, I cannot say there were uncountable irregularities that were not taken advantage of practicing the National Guard. I am ready to meet these requirements and help in creating a favorable working atmosphere in the unit.

- During my term, I want to make the National Guard the most operational organization, with focus on planning activities and addressing needs and situations vigorously, including gaining respect from others while rewarding people who deserve commendation, promotion and recognition.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- To reward the active or engaging of units in the city and their quick engagement with situations in the city, a Bonus System should be put in place.

- For the purposes of recruiting key members, employ people with high skill and prowess within Human Resources so that all units are equipped or trained to offer quality service for the citizens.

- Aim at an availability of units in the city at all times. This would ensure that there would be maximum potential response to any incidents. Many residents were working to lower the crime committed by gangs and make the city more peaceful and safe.

1. I had a positive experience in NG, where I earned a CG rank and spent 3-4 terms as an HC. In addition to my time in NG, I have valuable experience in other legal organizations. This is why I aspire to become a leader to foster strong and healthy relationships with other legal organization to address threats and criminal activities. NG is the best organization for me, and I believe I possess the leadership skills necessary to maintain discipline within NG. 2. As a leader, I aim to make NG the most active legal organization in the city. I will ensure that every soldier properly follows the chain of command and attends all events regularly. 1. The bonus in NG should be increased because many people currently feeling it as boring. I want to ensure that those who are working hard and risking their lives to protect the country do not feel disheartened. Therefore, I will implement an attractive bonus system with rewards for gate duty and participation in all events. Additionally, we will introduce a weekly promotion ceremony to recognize and celebrate our members' contributions.

2. Providing quality training for newcomers is essential. I will establish proper training sessions for new members in the city, ensuring they are well-informed about the rules and regulations. This way, they can avoid getting into any trouble and receive support in starting their careers in legal organizations.

First, everything about the National Guard is very clear and understandable compared to other organizations. It is clear what we should do and what we should not do at what times. The National Guard is understandable and easy, but the management job is challenging because it requires discipline, maturity, activity, and respect. I believe that I will achieve this, and I want to try it with such an organization.
I will ensure a strong, disciplined, respectful term. All departments will perform their duties properly. There will never be favoritism; everyone will get what they deserve. This way, I will have taken a step towards making the National Guard the best organization.

Secondly, the National Guard is an entrance gate for other organizations. A lot of what we will learn in the National Guard will be effective in our roleplay life. Whether in legal or illegal life, the experiences from the National Guard help roleplay develop properly.   • Only respectful and mature people will be allowed to become soldiers to prevent toxicity in the National Guard. There will be heavy sanctions against toxic or arrogant individuals.
  • Bonuses will be generous. If necessary, I will provide bonuses from my own pocket to keep soldiers happy and focused on their missions, ensuring their activity.
  • Only knowledgeable, trusted, and active people will hold high ranks. High ranks will be reserved for deserving and reliable individuals, contributing to high-level roleplay.
  • Daily meetings and training sessions will be organized with soldiers to maintain communication and keep their weapon skills fresh.

I would like to see the National Guard to address some issues that have not been addressed for a long time and develop the organization to the new level. I have served throughout several terms and have gained the insight into the realities and possibilities of the organization and the conviction that I can make some important changes for its development. My Objectives as a leader will will be: be: My

1. Objectives Resolve as Internal a Issues : as a leader I want to lead the National Guard. I think that unity and motivation are the most important factors that affect the performance of the organization. I will strive to foster good rapport with all the state organizations in order to foster a good working culture. I will also make sure that each and every soldier feels valued and taken care of, this will in turn boost the morale of the soldiers and increase their productivity.

2. Leadership and Discipline : In my opinion, leaders should set high standards of discipline within the society of soldiers. Such measures as dictation cast a negative impact on the workers’ morale, while the measures that imply the respect for people enhance it. A leader should always command respect.

3. Innovative Changes : I have some suggestions for improving the National Guard. First, we should make the watches to be done in shifts that is day and night so as to offer security cover throughout the day with an organized gatewatch system. Second, we should conduct frequent air and jet cobue shows to display the capability of our pilots and enhance the respect for the National Guard. Third, we should enhance training in conduct, combat skills, and professionalism to prepare our soldiers to be more effective in the field. Finally, we should offer enhanced security during large scale events that involve the public for instance government meetings to display our preparedness and capacity.

4. Ambitious goals: I want to give knowledge about National Guard that everyone wants to join. To do so, focusing on the principles of professionalism, unity, and public engagement, we can make it the best. When I was assistant general, I put in measures that would enable the operations to be conducted at night and also put in place a department to manage human relations. Being a leader I have commitment with the soldiers. I will be next to them and ensure that they get the respect, motivation, and resources they require to perform.

2.1 I was in NG from last 6 terms , i have the experience in All Organization as a high command and that's why know how to manage the organization and keep the organization active . THIS ARE SOME KINDA EXPERIENCE OF MINE CHIEF OF HR IN NG , CHIEF OF STAFF IN FIB . I can make sure to complete the term without any warning or any verbal . I also know that gatekeeping is the most important thing in NG and as a leader we have to make Fort Zancudo gates covered the whole time .

2.2 I have experienced all the roles in most of the organization and also know the importance of not breaking rules in any org . By being in a leadership position, I can steer initiatives that resonate with my principles and help the organization achieve its long-term objectives. I have many ideas and plans that will ensure success of the term that i get and my main goal is to make the organization more active and responsive than before .

Keeping the HRs active 24/7 so they can hire new people to the org and give training

Increasing bonuses every week and clearing them on time .

Having a routine checkup of armory , logs and completing all the curator tasks .

Keeping minimum 6 units in every event .

Keeping minimum 5 units on the gate .

As a General i would increase the use of RP commands

I would try my best to have good relations with other organization

Recruiting experienced people to lead low commands in the organization and giving proper training to the recruits so we avoid all mistakes!

- I have spent a lot of terms in National guard and most of time and most of time as Assistant General (28th Rank) and also I spent my last term as LT. General (29th Rank) in Nayional Guard, So I think its an enough expericne to become the leader of National Guard.

- As a successful Ex leader of LSPD and by spending the last term of National Guard as LT. Gneral I have successfully gatherd a lot experince along side of other organizations (FIB,SAHP,EMS,Government 30,29,28 ) rank holders. Now it's time to gain the experince of leader of National Guard and also time of spreading some experince to others again.

- As we know National Guard is one of the main head of all legal organizations and as being with the lastest general I gained a quiet lot of interest in National Guard again and now I want to become the lader of National guard at any cost.



3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- Disciplined : Making NG the most disciplinary organization is my motive. I will maintain discipline and I will remodify the discipline structure of NG for this term.

- Internal rules : I will re-desgin some internal rules that I am not able to change without being a leader. With this little changes I can make NG the most successful organization.

- Weekly Promotions : I will organize weekly promotion ceremonies as my last LSPD term to courage and make them most dedicated for hardworking.

- Regular trainings : I will organize some regular basis trainings for officers like Arena trainings,Fake Hostage situation protection scenarios to let my officers experience the most.

- Maintain Professionalism : I will make my officers more professional by giving them proper classes and I will identify a new category named " Student Academy " in my time.

- Document Update : I will update the documents of the organization and make it too easy to understand for my officers easy trainings.

- Department activities : I will work on my departments that I will assign and appoint a few dedicated officers to improve the quality of my departments.

- National Guard was my first legal organization which I actually enjoyed, and it always has been a dream of mine to be the General .

- I have had a great experience while working in National Guard during Raj Aryan's term, I liked the way how it was friendly and professional at the same time. I plan on upholding that same level of friendly RP in my term.

-I have noticed that National Guard has been called as a toxic state organization, and it is my plan to change that reputation relating National Guard

3. Your advice for Improving the Roleplay Level in the Organization.

1:I will make sure that my Units will attend daytime events as well as Nighttime events like subs, acc, bank protection, etc. because I have seen that there are very few units active at night and I will issue special bonuses to the units that are active at night, and I will increase opportunities for night units.

2:I will teach the beginners how to handle situations, how to deal with trespassers and I will teach them how not to break any IC rules as well as server rules OOC rules.

3:I will provide my units good training which will help them in ng as well as other legal organizations and will help them in every situation.

4:I will issue a better bonus system.
5:I will Organize Weekly Promotion Ceremonies which will encourage Units to do more hard work and be active.

6:I will form a special unit that are always active till subs, and they will get a special bonus for being active at night, there will be fewer soldiers in that team but they always will be active till subs.

7:I will make sure that no one is Misusing their Powers of being superior to any rank and there will be good relationships between low command and higher-ups, and I will try to maintain discipline in National Guard.

8:I as a General will make sure that National Guard will behave like real-life military and will include discipline among units

9:I as a General will make sure my units or another player don't treat Role Play as a game but as real life which will end up Improving Role Play

10:I will make there will be no favoritism and only deserving units will get there deserving rank.

The organization National Guard is based at Fort Zancudo,Giving it the privilege of operating from a base solely dedicated to the Soldiers. This base equipped with military jets, special hangers, integrated fuel station and an Arena which is of great importance and use to the Soldiers and the National Guards, As a leader I would use these resources to the fullest allowing me to make roleplay realistic, my efforts and dedication towards being a leader matches the complexity required to be the leader of national guards. Another reason I want to be the leader of national guards because the civilians of the state do not know much about this organization and I would like to change that by holding seminars and educational speeches to spread information about the National Guard. With that I want to co-operate with other legal organizations (FIB,LSPD,SAHP,GOV) to increase the RolePlay and promote realistic operating of the National Guards, Last but not the least being the General of National Guards would be once in a lifetime opportunity and with that I want to test the spheres of my knowledge and leadership capabilities and challenge myself towards being a leader like no one before.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

In the National Guards, there are many things and changes I would implement which will be of crucial help in improving the Roleplay, Such As-

Realistic Hiring- The Hiring process would constitute multiple rounds of challenges that the interview cadets will have to overcome to be a part of the National Guards, It would take aspects such as combat and tactical skills, decision making ability and knowledge into consideration.

Holding Seminars/ Educational Speeches- As a leader, It would be wasteful of me to posses such a Prestigious Position and not educate the fellow civilians, Law Enforcement Officers and Civil Servants, Hence I would hold educational speeches in which I would communicate with the present audience and tell them about the working of National Guards, This will help in improving the knowledge of everyone who attends these Seminars.

Regular Training/Fitness Checkups- I would conduct training sessions that would test and challenge the abilities of my soldiers, not only that but it will also help in betterment of the skills being tested, It would be like making diamonds by pressuring them. Fitness checkups would help us maintaining a disease free environment throughout the base and the city.

The organization National Guard is based at Fort Zancudo,Giving it the privilege of operating from a base solely dedicated to the Soldiers. This base equipped with military jets, special hangers, integrated fuel station and an Arena which is of great importance and use to the Soldiers and the National Guards, As a leader I would use these resources to the fullest allowing me to make roleplay realistic, my efforts and dedication towards being a leader matches the complexity required to be the leader of national guards. Another reason I want to be the leader of national guards because the civilians of the state do not know much about this organization and I would like to change that by holding seminars and educational speeches to spread information about the National Guard. With that I want to co-operate with other legal organizations (FIB,LSPD,SAHP,GOV) to increase the RolePlay and promote realistic operating of the National Guards, Last but not the least being the General of National Guards would be once in a lifetime opportunity and with that I want to test my spheres of my knowledge and leadership capabilities and challenge myself towards being a leader like none before.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

In the National Guards, there are many things and changes I would implement which will be of crucial help in improving the Roleplay, Such As-

Realistic Hiring- In the Hiring Process during my term, I would conduct multiple rounds of challenges that the interview cadets will have to overcome to be a part of this prestigious state organization, My hiring process would take aspects such as shooting, decision making ability and knowledge into consideration.

Holding Seminars/ Educational Speeches- As a leader, It would be wasteful of me to posses such a Prestigious Position and not educate the fellow civilians, Law Enforcement Officers and Civil Servants, Hence I would hold educational speeches in which I would communicate with the present audience and tell them about the working of National Guards, This will help in improving the knowledge of everyone who attends these Seminars.

Regular Training/ Fitness Checkups- Once after being completed with hiring, I would conduct training sessions that would test and challenge the abilities of my soldiers, not only that but it will also help in betterment of the skills being tested, It would be like making diamonds by pressuring them. Fitness checkups would help us maintaining a disease free environment throughout the base and the city.

1. Objectives Resolve as Internal an Issues: As a leader I want to lead the National Guard. I think that unity and motivation are the most important factors that affect the performance of the organization. i) I started RP with SAHP and worked for nearly 4 terms , I served all the legal orgs for multiple terms as HC. Also I have been Deputy of an Active family. So I have a quite good management and leadership experience. I have been the Commanding General of NG and has closely observed how NG works.This is why I am confident enough to be the Leader of NG.

ii) I always try be a good Colleague in the org with my fellow officers.If I become a leader I am confident enough to get good officers in the organizations who will provide training and help me running NG perfectly.



iii) From the beginning NG has been the most neglected and comparatively most inactive org. As a leader I will make sure that NG will be more active than other terms
