1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I have been playing RP since pretty long time and felt like now i have enough experience to even use it to help the newbies and other players. This task is better possible if I became an admin. I want to make the server a better and comfortable place for the players to play and live their best time. I kept helping and guiding the newbies since i am playing on this sever because i feel very nice while doing this. I had played RP and learned from it every second from it and now I want to join the admin team so that I can add some more efforts to enhance the server from the aspect of playing.

   I have good observation skills, Nice communication, Better Understanding the situations and Pretty good at shooting. I am also good at leading the situations like I was high command in the legal orgs. and in the families also where I had been. At last I have good decision making skills.

I have been part of this project for almost a year and also as an Ex-admin in some other projects, I think that I gained as much experience as possible by joining every single organization whether it is an illegal organization or a legal organization as a high highcommand, and gained as much experience as possible and Finally I have decided to leave this RP life and become an Admin because I have observed many people doing many rule breaks and they also do many things which spoil the RP for many people and don't let other people enjoy the RP life properly that's why I have decided to leave my RP and dive into the Adminship life to reduce the rule breaks made by people and make RP life better as much as possible!

What are your strengths?
1) My Greatest Strength is My Calmness. Before Making Any Decision, I carefully understand it and then make my Decision. Also, I always Stand with the Right People and listen to both sides of the situation before providing justice.
2)I am a very very quick learner which makes me an enthusiastic guy which makes it easy to learn and adapt to new things as fast as I can.
3) The fluency I have in English can also be counted as my strength as with the help of it I can easily tell the solution to their problem to people without any problem like a language barrier
4) Being professional in my work and being a good listener are also considered my major strengths.

1) While explaining something to people I overexplain a few times.
2) While I am experiencing new things in my life I get nervous a bit of time.

1) During my RP life, I have observed many admins punishing new players without explaining to them why they got their punishment. 2) I will try my best to make the RP better which attracts more and more people to join RP life and be a part of it.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? As i said earlier i come from EN1 and i have been playing RP for about 2-3 years on EN1 so i would like to retire the RP start and make a fresh start and pay back the server for the good time i had when i was on EN1 and even tho am in EN2 now playing RP i allways find myself helping new players with the server rules and guiding people for the best for them, i always find myself giving advice as if i have been playing for 10 years. i already know pretty much all the rules for the server, and not even that i know quite alot in the city good enough for an admin lvl 1 or assistant.
2. What are your strengths? Hahah i dont really know much about myself but people have often told me that i am nice, i dont get mad easy, am patient with the new in the city and in general everyone, i am respectful to new and old people, and that. even tho its sometimes hard to say the truth, beacuse we are scared for the outcome i still say it and if theres consequences i face them.
3. What are your weaknesses? My weakness is that i dont know alot of my strenght i look out for others more than i look out for myself, i trust people easily, and one of the most i have got comment on is that i joke with people as i have known them for years even tho i just met them witch sometimes can be a weakness beacuse some people dont like it.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team? i can bring knowledge about IC stuff and ooc stuff, as i said i in my strenghts i do like to help everyone and get new players up on there feet by not only explaining the rules but also give advice on how to start on A and end on B and am really patient ( i know alot of the current admins are but one more is better )
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) i dont own any business so that would not be a problem even tho if i had i would have sold it.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon? Not really i do tho study business but thats no problem as i mentioned i am online from 15:30 on normal days so before that am in school
