Hello bobby, floki ,adham. Hope you guys are doing well.
So lemme start by explaining why this forum has been made. Recently LI got verbal because of deputy leader breaking server rules. As you can see in the forum link provided in the proof, Queen who has made that forum, her ad got published incorrectly and instead of making ads complaint, she thought of making a comment in CC "Li am selling house what is this?" and Abhijeet ( LI deputy) replied "Imagine ex-deputy even do not know how to file ad complaint" , for which our curator Laura Dsouza gave our org verbal after 2 days. I want to know how is even that toxicity or provoking?. Literally proof images provided in the forum made by queen, in that also you can see some guys saying LI is sh*t , etc in CC which is happening from past few days, but queen do not care to see all those toxicity and focused on abhijeet's comment since he was deputy and made a forum regarding it.

Now after that she made another ticket as can be seen in the link below
Clearly you can see she is disrespecting COO for which blacklist has been issued from the org, which we think is proper IC reason since she has been doing this continuously in both tickets even after handling the situation professionally. And now curators are asking us to remove her blacklist even though we have proper IC reason to issue blacklist.
What we know "Blacklisting for no reason and RP is fail RP and if we have proof then it's IC issue if the person thinks that his or her bl is not fair they need to deal with it icly" . So if we are right I don't think they can interfere in IC things if we have proper reason to blacklist someone.
Adding to this, in previous term as well, a suggestion made by previous leader in Grand RP discord, there as well she has done toxicity and provoking as you can see in the proofs below
She has always done this in every term for some reason
Kindly look over the proofs and make an appropriate decision since I have tried to make my term successful without any verbal or warn. But getting a verbal for such thing even though there is not any toxicity or provoking involved makes us demotivated.
