If others are Breaking rules you are not allowed to do the same aswell.
ID 56093 will receive a Punishment for UB Demands ( You need to give Proper 5 Seconds demand )
ID 87990 will receive a Punishment for GR 6.15 ( Started Shooting Before Demands were completed )

LSPD will receive a Punishment for this Incident
