Rejected Zone abuse | ID 10389 & 15351

I was at the event king of mountain and two guys ( 10389 & 15351 ) were repeatedly doing zone abuse, they shot us multiple times inside the zone and went outside the zone so that we cant shoot them outside the zone. I am clearly mentioning the timestamp when these guys were doing zone abuse multiple times below -
1) 15351 did zone abuse at 00:10 timestamp.
2) 10389 & 15351 entered the zone at 00:45 and went outside at 00:52 (another instance of zone abuse).
3) 10389 came in and shot us at 02:00 and left the zone once again.
4) 10389 entered once again and killed me this time 03:23 timestamp.
5) 15351 entered once and killed my friends soon after i died.
