The reason I want to lead Families is based on my dream of making their legacy relevant once again. Families is more than a powerful organization-it is a community, and it has so much more potential to do great things.

I come from a High command experience background, so I know the ropes of leading. And because I'm a strategic thinker, I am focused on making Families the most vibrant and respected gang in the city. Not about dominating events or completing tasks, but more of an equilibrium ecosystem where crime meets creativity and each member feels they are part of something legendary.

Apart from that, the perfect location of Families allows for innovative RP scenarios, either a pre-planned heist, taken hostage situations, or just ghetto domination. My past success in organizations such as Vagos and Families has given me great confidence that I can reproduce it multi-folds, making Families the benchmark of what a gang should be.

Most importantly, I believe in maintaining a clean RP environment. As a leader, I will ensure that the gang follows server rules meticulously while still pushing the boundaries of creativity in RP.

3.Suggestions for Enhancing the Roleplay Level in the Organization?​

1. Systematic Recruitment: Hold interviews to let recruits understand what RP is all about and have a mentor to guide them up the ranks.
2. Lead by Example: Be an example of a rule-compliant, interesting RP to motivate the gang.
3. Reward System: Give bonuses or promotions for creativity, leadership, and performance.
4. Alliances and Rivalries: Create alliances and rivalries with other organizations for large-scale RP events.
5. Rule Education: Educate members on server rules to minimize violations and maintain professionalism.

These steps will make sure the gang becomes a creative and respected hub in the RP community.

Goals as a Leader​

Rebuild Reputation: Families once had a scary reputation in the city. I aim to rebuild it through high activity, rule adherence, and impactful RP scenarios.
Unique RP: Rather than turf wars, I would integrate unique RP events that would make Families a hub for innovative and engaging crime scenarios.
Dominance in Events: I will ensure that my team is strong and cohesive, and we win all events consistently, so Families becomes synonymous with victory.
Ghetto Control: Taking control of the ghetto is not just about power but about setting an example of strategic dominance.
Green Legacy: I will make the color Green feared and respected again, symbolizing strength and unity.
Strategies for Improving Roleplay in Families
Rigorous Recruitment Process:
Interviews will be conducted with members to ensure they are aware of the basics of RP and the rules of the gang. This will reduce breaking of rules and keep the RP at a high level.

Member Development
For those failing the interview, I will teach and train them to make them better and also feel part of the gang. Strong bonds within the gang result in better coordination and loyalty.

- I will give people Rank according to their Knowledge of rule and make a new rule of making Pov of all interview which will help my gang from getting sabotaged and same applying for all the HC.
- I will make great Bonus system which well help people earn money too

I have been an Under Deputy [RANK-14 in all] in Gangs for 5-6 different terms and decided to gear up and be the leader of Families. By becoming a leader I will have the opportunity to handle a gang and I will be able to help everyone by hosting events and distributing bonuses equally.

--> If I get a chance to become the leader of Families, Firstly I would ensure that there is no discrimination against anyone. I will hire the best of the best deputies to handle the gang and will devote all my time to the gang only. I will ensure that no one abuses their powers and rights against others and there is no fighting.

--> As a leader I will set my goals to keep my gang on top and won't let any other gang either surpass me or my gang. I will provide equality to everyone and talk to them maturely ensuring their safety and having their best time ever in the gang. --> My suggestion to improve the RP would be to have the permissions and ranks all well assigned, and recruitment with some questions to ensure that whoever enters our gang knows the basic rules.

--> Participate in the maximum number of events, comply with the established rules of the server as an illegal org, and minimize org member errors as much as possible.

--> I intend to comply as much as possible with the server's rules, keeping the org as far away from punishment as possible. I also promote RP within the city, seek to help new people in the city, and explain how to act in the city and as a gang.

--> I Will try my best to keep the gang as active as I can by events to improve the RP from both crimes as well as state sides (Robberies, Hostages, FZ, etc).

According to me that admins have to make a vid and post it on youtube to teach atleast some besic rules to the new players or mey be they can cunduct an event in wich they have some lavels when new comers pass they will get rewad so most of the people will do it and try to pick that gift ( it can be a 10k 3 days prime and something like that )

a) As i gained much experienced in illegal org and legal org like in LSPD , BALAS ,VAGOS , FAMILIES as high Command so i think now im illegible to become an Leader. i make the strong connection in city which help me to make the gang most active in the city. I almost tried all illegal org. Families always had the most criminalist and terrorist gang of the city.I want to be the leader of Families because of from the start of rockstar in gta series it's always the color Green which is belong to the gangster.

b) The gang doesnt work only with the leader it works with the proper team work most of gang become unsuccessful because of they dont listen to their low rank guys but i alwasy listen to my low rank guys to and also guide them or tell them about rules so they dont do any rule breaks or which me to make my term end 100% successfully. To give the graffiti or clands profit i make the one trusted guy as a HR in gang who just handle with the bonuses of grafti or clands so all of my guys can earn money from graffiti or clands to . I will give my best and my dedication to make Families on top and keep it on top.I do all events such as Fz raid , Ammo run , Gun store robbery , Clands , Gang Raids , Car theft , Hostage situation , Highway robbery , submarine attack etc to make the gang most active in the city.

~My goal is to make the gang best in which the high command is play the main role in it. i try my 100% that i personally take the interview of high command or any my trusted Deputy take the Interview of them so there is only minimal chances they can do the rule break
~ By developing good bonus system i make one trusted guy as a HR of my gang so he can handle all the bonuses which make the gang work professionally
~I will do the ammo run for my gang to make my gang warehouse always full with guns , ammo or with body armor.

I would like to propose that we participate in role-playing situations more often, as we do in negotiations. I see that calling administrators is now commonplace, but I believe that we should always try to handle it ourselves rather than turning it into an ooc situation and try to negotiate rather than demonstrate to someone how much they know about the rules.
• would like to suggest that we plan more entertaining events in the servers with unofficial families, gangs, and Leos. We should also attempt to look outside of the scripted events and try to do something innovative that could improve our role-playing experience. - 3 ) I have a lot of friends who can help me to make it the best gang .

2.1 -FAMILIES has a very good location and it is the best location for solar plant so i can give more and more bonus to my gang members , I will make sure that when Leos see FAMILIES in doing Store Robbery, FZ raid ,Gun Store Robbery or Subs , They should have some fear to fight with FAMILIES members or enter and I have spent my most of the time in the gang only

Who can help me to operate this org and In my past experience I have seen that rules where broken by the high commands ,they know only basic rule of the city so these things will be not be tolerated any more and I will hire 2 deputies from different time zone so that marabunta can we most active gang in the whole
2.3- I will make a meeting among the gang members in every 3 days and weekly meetings with HIGH COMMAND
In the meeting they will tell me what that have done I these days and where they need help , in there sessions we will tell the some more rules to them or we will clear there doubts if they are confused in any rule, by this way we will hardly get the warning on the gang because no one will do rule break and they will get the know lead also that how deal with any situation .

2.1 I have been in Crime org for a long a time when i came in this city i firstly joined illegal orgs and become criminal now i have good amount of experience i believe that i can lead The Families and rule the los santos.

2.2 I can say that my knowledge remains, I know how to command people, I know how to be a friend and an authority at the same time and how to explain to someone his mistake in a normal civilized way. I can be very creative at a moment's notice, which I think is something that any player who has a large impact on the RP of the entire server should be able to do.

2.3 I consider myself as a person who is up to the task and who can show and be an example to other gangs how to do RP, mostly everything boils down to, "let's go to the ghetto and shoot until we're fed up" and "we'll do 3 hostages and 3 robberies for the activity so we will no longer not risk warning", congratulations to individuals who try to blow up Rp in any way, but these are pure nonsense and excuses for the lack of creativity and will to do RP on to the server, first of all "shooting in the ghetto" is not the only activity that exists in the gang, we can grow drugs and sell them to the citizens, we can take the task of planting drugs from the warehouse NPC that gives us a lot of money, there are countless other possibilities that no one not useful, but they could really help the player to enjoy that RP gang. Not to mention that it is impossible to get a warning in a hostage situation or a robbery if we don't miss the rule. There is a simple solution to that problem, whoever causes the problem gets immediate expulsion from the organization, and that's how we keep the RP gang on a level.

3.1 We will only take experienced people in our gang to avoid rule breaks before joining there will be required interview to join if the person passed only then he can join otherwise we will refuse him to join we will also give them chance our high commands will teach them rules so they can also join the gang and enjoy.

3.2 I’ll make my deputies form different time zones so everytime gang will be active in the city “The Families“ will rule the Los Santos.

3.3 I Noticed 1 thing in every gang there were so much favouritism high commands was giving ranks to their friends they were not treating everyone same so I’ll makesure that in my term there will be no favouritism.
