Hi dear administrator, The complaint is about a suspect who violated the forum rule. Possibly ban evading forum account ( I do not have much proof about that )

So here it is clear this individual is from Turkey, His name " kafakesecem " ( Turk Word ) Which means - I'll cut off your head.
Forum rule 2 says - It is forbidden to create accounts with nicknames containing obscene language, insults, or advertising of third-party resources.
