hello there my account was banned for 9999days 2 years ago for gen rule 6.3 i now know that my actions where unacceptable and i do apologize for braking this rule, i know it is no excuse but i didn't realize what i did was wrong in the moment and id like to get back in city. it wold mean the world to me if you could please look into this for me. i had a really good time here and id love to be able to come back. i can promise you that i wold be an upstanding member of the city from this day onward
