Second reason is I want to live this leadership as my daily duty to my organization to make sure that I am making the organization a great place for everyone and making sure that all the members are keeping great motivation for the Org and are wanting to progress through the ranks. I have personally noticed that Gangs has eventually become all about Turfs and less about Clands/Ghetto Fights/and robberies.
I would advice all the organizations to indulge more into RP, I have personally noticed how no gang ever tries to hit NGs Ammo run or encashment as well. I would want to mantain good terms with the other organization leaders and do such events where LEOs stands as a strong pillar. To make things short, I simply want to improve the relation Illegal Org leaders have among each other. I want to promote collaboration among the gangs to instigate more dominance in the city..

- I want to become the Leader of Marabunta because I have seen a drop in activity in the activity of gangs and Marabunta gang as well in EN2 lately. In earlier terms of EN2, all gang members were all engaging in events and roleplaying that really brought the energy to the ghetto. But now, many leaders have reduced their engagement in events. I believe I can bring back that energy back into the ghetto.

- I have been on the server for a year, I have been in all criminal organizations and I have experience in leading them as a deputy many times.
- People in the city know me well as a relaxed and normal person, I never lose control of myself and I believe that it is quite important for leaders to be a role model for other members of the organization. I know everything about Gang organizations and I know how to make a quality RP. Based on my knowledge, I am sure that I will be able to lead it.
- I already have a lot of experienced people with whom I would start Leadership and who would be there for me and help me whenever needed.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
- every day I would try to create as many actions as possible so that people do not get bored, for example (hostages, Store Robbries, submarines), we would lead them around the ghetto and give everyone the opportunity to rob.
- Ranks should be earned, they should prove themselves and not beg for rank, we will notice their activity and reward active people with ranks and bonuses
- The police would not be able to do anything to us as long as we were strong as an organization, and other organizations would not even be up to our knees.
