During my leadership, we will: Expand our influence across the city more so among the young people. Read increase loyalty of powerful actors. One of the main duties: outplaying other organizations by using strategies. Personal and Organizational commitment is another factor that will guarantee the success of Marabunta Grande Organization to be a major force in our territory.
2. Building Unity and Loyalty :In relations to our members I will ensure that they are either united for easier coordination or be loyal to the association. I believe in: Building brotherhood. • Hostage situations.
• Frequent FZ raids.

All the activities will be carried out under the strict RP policies, thus making all the activities really realistic and lifelike. The high commands will always prepare themselves to give the members an experience of very challenging situations.

Training and Rules Awareness:

• For every new gang member, orientation would be comprehensive about the rules in the server as well as in the gang.
• High commands would train and prepare the recruits for proper knowledge regarding RP procedures and proper conduct.
• There will be regular workshops on the development of members' RP skills, ranging from negotiation techniques to combat strategies.

Leadership and Rank Structure:

• Only those who prove to be dedicated, hardworking, and knowledgeable about gang operations will be considered for high command roles.

Back story:- I'm the citizen of Los Santos. My name is Vinel smok, born in 1st may of 2023 at Grand rp en2 Pillbox hospital. I'm the topper of the school and growing with a dream of a honorable citizen of los santos. i complete my studies and with i'm 10 i join in state orgs and growing my experience suddenly for some reason i kicked from my job then my friend franklin invite me in crime world for last hope i join in crime world and make my name in ghetto and arena. Now i'm 18 and want to be a great leader of the crime world so i'm filling the form of the org.

1. Players Inactivity:- as i can see in city many players join org then they got inactivity and leave the org soo i want to control it
2. Not timely bonus:- Many players do work as a gang member and don't get pay so need timely play out
3. My experience:- I'm the all gang Ex high command many time and take the responsibility behalf the leader and control the situation.
4. Training and interview properly:- Those players who got high rank don't give training properly to the new member of city for that thay did magor rule break then got ban. and some high command do favouritism they give high rank to his friend.

Conclusion:- if i would be leader i can handle all of this activity and help the players those who came to the crime world

My first and main reason is that I want to be the leader of this Organization is because I want to run an active organization with fun, but most importantly I wanna lead an active organization. I want to provide my great leadership skills to this great organization.

Second reason is I want to live this leadership as my daily duty to my organization to make sure that I am making the organization a great place for everyone and making sure that all the members are keeping great motivation for the Org and are wanting to progress through the ranks. Everyone will be treated fairly and be treated with the up most respect. I will give people opportunities at new thing's whether that be them being on the Turf Team, etc.

Third reason is , I want to make Marabunta not only an active Organization but letting people have equal opportunities by allowing them to try new things and I want to as a leader to teach them how to do certain stuff and how to do it efficiently so they can progress in the gang and in the city itself. Everyone will be treated with respect and treated fairly by me and other members of my High Command.

I have personally noticed that Gangs has eventually become all about Turfs and less about Clands/Ghetto Fights/and robberies.
I would advice all the organizations to indulge more into RP, I have personally noticed how no gang ever tries to hit NGs Ammo run or encashment as well. I would want to mantain good terms with the other organization leaders and do such events where LEOs stands as a strong pillar. To make things short, I simply want to improve the relation Illegal Org leaders have among each other. I want to promote collaboration among the gangs to instigate more dominance in the city..
