1- In order to keep the RP tight in the gang, the most important thing is genuine collaboration. My crew functions as one unit; we do not solo during gang operations. Active engagement is necessary, including communication, execution of maneuvers, and remaining in character. No pecking order will be established in my organization—only those with real expertise and can perform under pressure will qualify for High Command. Each new member must pass an appropriate IC interview before joining.

2 - As a leader, I will ensure that Marabunta maintain active participation in the city’s RP. We will attend, represent, and ensure we are visible. 2.The primary and most important reason I'd like to run Marabunta is to try to introduce something fresh to the illegal org scene. At this time, I've been in practically every gang and almost every legal organization. I've seen what goes wrong: how orgs are warned/disbanded, how rp between law enforcement and gangs works and fails, and how gangs engage with one another in events and around the city. I've got a couple ideas for events and roleplaying scenarios. So I think the first thing I'd like to address is RP within Marabunta, namely between the gang and other gangs.

Expanding on the last point, I'd like to operate the gang with as little toxicity as possible, creating an environment where people may feel like family and grow together, similar to how the city was since I first joined. It was new and exciting, and everyone was having a great time being in gangs. However, with the enormous number of individuals pouring into the city, gangs appear to have thrown the ghetto regulations, general rules, and even plain common sense out the window. As a result, I'd like to make certain that all of the gangsters are aware of the rules (what we can and cannot do). There will be a few general questions to which everyone must at least know the answers in order to participate.

Finally, I want to become Marabunta's leader in order to make the city more delightful for everyone. Many of my former pals who were heavily involved in the city and who enjoyed gang life and events grew tired of the sameness of encounters and certain characteristics of the city. As a result, I'd like to try to make it a little more interesting for everyone. I want to attract people back, welcome newcomers, and simply make the GrandRP city as fantastic as it was when I first joined. I'd RP fights and possibly even severe hostage discussions every time I flew into the city. I don't want to make the city "great again," because it is already amazing, but I do want to feel like a part of it.

3.I'd like to focus on roleplaying with the organization in two areas. The first is gang interactions in the ghetto, and the second involves gangs and legal organizations, particularly during store robberies, which can add suspense and interest to the game. Even though the free-for-all mentality can be entertaining in the ghetto, I believe everyone can agree with me that it becomes old quickly. I'm not sure how we can fix this other than making additional RP circumstances that you must complete while robbing or before firing because shooting without talking is uninteresting (this isn't an arena). Another option is to expand the ghetto borders to increase the area where illicit activity can occur.

• I will make sure that ghetto is not safe for anyone in night time as well.,

• I will do store robberies and ghetto clapping every day to rise the fear of marabunta in leo's.,

• I will do max graffiti to spread the name of marabunta in every corner of ghetto.,

• I will try my best to achieve 100% turf.,

• I will make sure that their is not any internal conflicts between my own gang members and if there is any then I will try my best to resolve that.

-2.1 When I first started my career in State Organizations, I used to think gangs were just chaotic and not the right place for serious roleplay. But the moment I stepped into the world of Illegal Organizations, my entire perspective changed. I realized just how deep, engaging, and immersive gang RP can be. There’s a level of storytelling, emotion, and character development that I hadn’t experienced before. It’s not just about crime it’s about loyalty, strategy, survival, and the bonds you build along the way. Being part of that world has expanded my roleplay skills in ways I never imagined.

-2.2 My first gang I joined in my RP journey was All Gang deputy and honestly, it was a game-changer for me. From hitting stores and gun shops to those intense moments clashing with LEOs in the ghetto, I found myself fully immersed in the energy and chaos of gang life. It wasn’t just about “clapping”; it was about teamwork, strategy, and those adrenaline-filled moments that create unforgettable RP. Being part of an illegal organization opened my eyes to how rich and creative gang rp can be.

-2.3 To be completely honest, most of my experience so far has been in Legal Organizations. I've spent a good part of my RP career leading two different legal orgs and also serving as a deputy in illegal ones. Those roles taught me discipline, structure, and how to manage a team effectively. But along the way, I also discovered a side of roleplay that’s raw, dynamic, and full of creative freedom—gang life.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- 3.1 I’ll make it a priority to ensure that every member who joins the gang is chosen based on their potential, experience, and attitude not favoritism. I believe in building a strong, loyal team where everyone earns their place. High Command ranks will only be given to those who truly deserve it people who’ve proven themselves through effort, experience, and commitment. It’s important to me that the gang grows with the right people in the right roles.

- 3.2 Activity will be my top priority. I’ll stay as active as possible myself and make sure to appoint an experienced and reliable deputy who can manage everything smoothly in my absence. That way, the gang stays consistent and organized at all times.

- 3.3 I plan to lead my gang through a wide range of high-impact activities store and gun robberies, FZ raids, clans, battleship, and intense night events like SUBS, informants, car thefts, and highway robberies. From hostage situations to planned heists, me and my crew will stay active and fully committed to quality RP in every move we make.

- 3.4 I’ll make sure to bring in experienced and respected High Command who not only follow the rules but also guide new members, helping them learn and avoid any mistakes. A strong team starts with the right leadership.

- 3.5 I have a strong network of friends in the city who are ready to support me in keeping the org active and thriving. With their help, I’ll make sure hardworking members are rewarded with fair bonuses to appreciate their efforts and quality RP it’s all about building a motivated and loyal team.
