Rule Violation: RDM (Random Deathmatch) - Killing Multiple People at Random in a Shooting Spree
Date/Time of Incident: Monday, January 20, 2025, around 3:38:43 PM (or within a few minutes of this time)
Description of Incident:
I was on my way to the government building, minding my own business, as I am new to the game and still learning. Suddenly, I was attacked and shot by player 107238 near Innocence Blvd in East Strawberry. After being run down, I was saved by an ambulance and driven away from the location. However, the player continued to shoot other players at random in what appeared to be a spree, causing chaos in the area.
Additional Notes:
The incident occurred ironically on Innocence Blvd, near East Strawberry.
Player 107238 displayed no intent to roleplay and seemed to be targeting random players indiscriminately.

Edit: As I am so new and it happened again, if the red zones are designated places where people are allowed to murder without discretion then I apologize for the report but in any case I would appriciate the help!
