2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

- I believe FIB has the most potential within all organizations to provide positive roleplay to the remainder of the server this is because FIB is involved in most events in comparison to other organizations. FIB is viewed as the backbone of the other legal organizations and without a strong standing, the legal organizations would fail to truly reach their true potential. As I previously stated I believe I am a viable candidate for completing these tasks and ensuring that all organizations succeed.

-Secondly, I don't show any kind of partiality between anyone person whom so ever that person maybe. I always choose the best for my Org or my team and always try to be successful in any situation. I also am a good listener so I would listen to any problem caused in my Org and solve it faster every time it occurs. I also have made good connections with various people while giving my time in FIB and SAHP as an LEO by helping people to learn and grow together which is the main cause an Org stays together and Fights together.

-Also one of the main reasons why I want to be a leader of FIB, is to make FIB more feared than it is. Currently, if a gang member spots an FIB Agent or any legal organisation employee in ghetto or outside of city, he looks at it as a free hostage, but looking at this from a real life perspective, I think the roles should be switched. I think FIB should be feared when they patrol ghetto or any area that's infested with gang activities.



3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
-What i have noticed in my experience within FIB, the leaders do not focus on communicating and engaging with the citizens of the State of San Andreas. That’s why after becoming the Director i will start conducting Interesting and Intreractive events for the citizens, Doing so will help in improving Roleplay Level for sure between the Organization and the citizens.

-As the headquarters of FIB and the LSPD are very near to each other, I will maintain good relations with Los Santos Police Department and conduct combined operations to keep the City clean and crime-free.

- I have noticed that the new officers hesitate to clear their doubts or to ask questions if they have any confusion . So in order to solve this issue i have planned to conduct revision classes for the new officers so that they won't
have to hesitate to ask about their doubts. I would personally appoint a senior officer who will be given the duty to host the sessions at regular interval.

-At Last point of time in my experience, i have noticed that the new employees in any state organization goes through some toxicity very often from their high commands, because of that the new employees don’t get a nice working atmosphere and they feel bored while working in Orgs . That’s why i will focus to improve the working atmosphere within FIB so that the employees can give their best to the organization.

1. The first day while entering the city of En2, I was dreaming of becoming the best LEO of all time. I gained a lot of experience in FIB, NG, LSPD, SAHP till this time I became SAHP sheriff and Curator. Become experienced and spread my knowledge too. But after all the deeds, and now I feel it's best to try to be leader of FIB.

2. As I have been through many situations as a leader, I have some methods which will help the officers to reduce crime and maintain peace in the city. As a leader, I will make sure to provide the max activity of my units for this city and will try to make the law system strong.

3. While I was in SAHP for the first time, I was interested in joining FIB. The interest grew through spending time in FIB. Through my activities, I ranked 28th rank in FIB. But my curiosity now wants to become the Leader and gather experience of the OG legal organization FIB. It has been my goal to be a leader of FIB since I have joined it and I think, so now I am prepared and ready to take the responsibilities on myself and lead this organization towards the betterment of city.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. I would only recruit people with the knowledge of city rules and walk through them to good training hours and for make sure that they are totally ready to go on duty and are totally aware of their work, so there won't be any problems for our organization. I will personally check each and every one's activity and will promote them on the basis of the activity and the obedience they have shown in the department.

2. We won't do any favoritism among anybody in the org and for the rule breakers serious actions will be taken like suspension and other depending on the situation. I will, myself, will try to attend each and every situation and will lead my units properly and will try to conclude the situation in the best manner possible.

3. I will provide a good bonus system through which they will be motivated towards the work and will work harder. And I will also personally talk to each and every officer in my organization about the things which should be changed or improved and will work on them to improve the working environment for my officers.

4. Weekly Sunday-based promotion ceremonies will be held for all the hardworking officers to make my term more attractive and interesting.

5. I will have good relationships with all the legal organizations present at that time.

- I have been a serving the city as a LEO for a while and during my time in FIB as well as other state organizations, I have gained valuable insights into the organization's operations. My experience with the legal organizations has equipped me with the skills necessary to lead the organization effectively.

- During my previous terms with the FIB, I have observed occasional obstacles in maintaining sufficient unit numbers for both events and ongoing operational activity. I aim on ensuring consistent activity levels within the organization. I intend to select department heads based on their proven experience and ability to maintain activity across all time zones. To motivate active participation, I will introduce a bonus system aiming on improving activity. In addition, the organization will prioritize hosting frequent events, training sessions, and activities to sustain member involvement and prevent inactivity.

- I believe that creating good relationships with other organizations is crucial for smooth functioning of the organization. I am focused on building strong ties with the FIB and other organizations to make the roleplay experience better for all organizations.

  • I have been part of FIB from the past 8 terms and have a very good experience in the org. I have worked with many leaders during my time in these terms and learned a lot from them. Not just the leaders, but I have a good relationship with my colleagues as well. I have helped many new officers who joined the org and they have grown and had a good time in the org. I was the deputy in the last term and handled GP, Gang Raid, Under Cover Operations all alone at times.

  • I would now like to take the leadership position to implement my learnings and make sure that FIB is the best organization and make sure that the people of Los Santos is free from Crime and Drugs.

  • I want to lead FIB not just because it is my choice, I want to lead for my units that were under me during my previous terms. I was a young sapling which grew by the support I got from my friends which are/were previous deputies or leaders of FIB or some who have gone higher and became admins and especially the ones who encouraged me to apply.

3.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

  • I will make sure that all my officers, from rank 1 till my deputies, all are well aware of the rules of the org and state. This ensures that there is no scope for committing mistakes which will affect the reputation of the organization.

  • I will put my best officers in charge to train my staff on how to deal with situations, so that there is very good roleplay during hostage situation or store robberies.

  • I will reward my officers with a very good bonus system and timely promotions. This will keep them motivated and give their best to the role and the org.

  • One more thing that I will do is to maintain proper communication with all the other organizations and keep them informed about any updates related to the org and any operations that we are conducting.

    - I have been serving in the Legal Organisations for almost the past 2 Years gaining experience and useful information from each of them, especially in FIB which i have been part of the last 6 terms achieving the 28 rank of Assistant Director in every term and i think i have gotten required skills and mindset to be the next Leader of FIB.

    - I know FIB has the most potential within all organizations, to provide roleplay to other organizations and gangs. If FIB isn't around the black market is not gonna be done, or wanted criminals are not gonna be looked for. Since I have been in FIB for a very long time when it got up in this city, i also believe i can provide very much needed help to the other organisations to corporate with FIB.

    - In the past terms i learned a lot of useful information which i passed it on to new and many agents which they grew in the organisation becoming better, as an Assistant Director i had especially good relationship with the Leaders and also everyone in the organisation achieving and getting the trust from them for that rank i was handling and leading many situation especially Hostage Situations and Undercover Operations many times leading them.


    3.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

    - I will make sure every one in the Organisation no matter the rank is well aware of the org and state and city rules and not violate any rule and not any mistakes that can potentially harm the Organisation and also the reputation of it.

    - I will make sure to have great relationships with every Organisation in the State and also very good communication to keep them updated with our Special Operations that we are going to plan and take action.

    - I will implement bonuses for people who get evidence and get it valid so that we can use it for a case file, i would make the Undercover Department be more active and be doing busts every day to call all the tricky criminals. Also i will add an encouraging Bonus system to all the Departments aswell to keep the agents of the departments more motivated and happy with their hardwork.

    - Im gonna make the best possible recruitment managing team to be ensured that im getting agents in the Organisation with: Knowledge of rules, knowledge of city legislation, non corrupt, and active members. It is my duty to make sure the FIB will not get disbanded, and will set RP standards for all the members of the city, and i will fullfill the duty of it. If im set at leader position im sure im gonna impress.

2.1)
I have been in legal organizations for more than a 7 months in these time duration I spend most of my time in FIB for 7 terms. I was with FIB at it's bad time and good times, from a Field Agent to Assistant Director of FIB was not an easy journey, I learned soo many things and did mistakes later on overcoming it. And I also have good experiences in LSPD/SAHP/NG and GOV and served as a high command in many orgs being close to the leader and deputies give me an strong, knowledgeable and well background. I was the Assistant Director of all departments for one term in FIB and I went through every departments how they work what is the purpose of the departments and all and it won't take time to understand the things. And now I know well how to lead an strong organization like FIB.

2.2) In my term I will be focused on fairness, I will not tolerate any favouritism. I will appoint best individuals for the specific departments so the departments can run well and be active. I will make and friendly and good environment for all my agents so they will never feel bored working in FIB and I will also make sure that every single agent in my term are being treated fairly and I will also make sure all my high commands are well suited for their roles and their won't be any misconduct.

2.3) My main motives for the term is to actively attending all the events and other situations. I will also make sure that in the gang raids and the black market raids FIB's activity will be top notch. I will be also focused on night shift agent's also so, in night time FIB' activity will be good and there should be no chance others calling us inactive. I will be also involved in all the situations and keep track of my org so I can observe the performance of my organization and later on take steps to improve that particular thing.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1)
I will make sure that all my agents are well known about the rules and regulations so there won't be any misconduct from FIB.

3.2) I will plan a good bonus system for all my agents so they will get more motivated towards their works.

3.3) I will arrange weekly based promotion ceremony/meeting for all my agents. At first we will give the promotions to the agents who are working hard and dedicated towards the org and then we will have meeting about our internal structure and I will also take feedback from my agents to improve the quality of the org.

3.4) I will host meetings with other orgs to discuss about the external matters and I will try to build a good bond with other orgs so we all can work like a great team without any problem

3.5) I will host fake Hostage Situation and other situations based drills so my agent will know how to handle any situations without any hesitations.

1. i want to become leader of fib because i want to lead a state org again and have good time and also to prove my self and i also want to make it batter org and have more level of rp i also want to Hiring process strict and add somethings that i have seen in other city when i went there recently and i seen some good thing i want to implement here if possible and i will also make it more interesting

2. i also want to become leader of fib because of my past experience in state and rp in last term i was deputy of fib i was active but due to some ooc issue i had to leave but after that i become active again in my ballas term where my normal play time was 7 to 9 hours but due to my term disband i taken a break and now i am back and more ready because failing only make you learn more so with my experience in both legal and crime i know what to do and what not to and i also have learned how to take evidence and case file perfectly in last term and also with my past in gov i know all about legislation

3. even tho incident in my last term i still have support all of my people and if i get the term i will make it most active term and prove my self again i have lot of contact in city that can get me evidence. Good agents. and all type of support and with that i can easily win all the events we need i will also focus on my events and i will do extra events to show activity of fib and i will also get good hr and ia that will help me maintain org for my evidence i have lot of contact that will make it more easy for me to do raid i believe doing raid is most easy thing i will need to do if i focus on it right and i will also make sure i am active full term not like first 2 week

i also want to make fibs relationship batter with all the legal orgs and i want to make sure we play as team and win i want to improve aim and thinking ability of legal units so we can win against all odds i will make sure none of my agents start a fight if they do i will punish them but if it not my units fault i will not back down

3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. New approach: as i have realized that we cant trust everyone and also there is lot of new player in city that need more training and more time so with new approach i will have new training method and way to test them

2.good bond: as i always say this in my application that if you have good bond then its best thing you can ask for because if they are here for money or rank then there is chance they can just leave when we need them most thats why i will make sure to make good bonds with everyone

3 strict and clear chain of command: i seen one thing while it good thing to trust your friend but in my last term it had backfired so i will make sure to be strict and clear about what need to be done and there will no partiality

Spec ops:
Spec ops is back bone of FIB's Fighting force and its job to Response to every Global situation every store and every events That FIB can attend they identity will be hidden and they have partial immunity since they are A special department and Spec ops Agents can use heavy weapons and must be good at shooting and negotiating

IA: IA is one of the most important department of FIB its the departments that manages logs, cars, that Agents are in discipline and make sure internal working of ORG is good and in controller they

UC: UC is most important department of FIB since they are Responsible for Evidence needed for gang and black market raid that is conducted by FIB they goal is to go undercover catch wanted criminal , catch drugs and weapon deals , and get evidence on criminals organizations

OO- OO is UC department but it is more specialized and experienced Agents that will be put in this department there on and only Task is to get evidence on criminals organization and help the State in every way they can

HRT- HRT is department is often Underestimated in FIB but it is very important for FIB i will add specialized and Hard Training Programs for High commands also and HRT while handling Hiring and training of NON HC will have to mange that and it will also handle promotion with IA

- Firstly, I have had my experience of leading an organization. I have recently completed my role as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lifeinvader with two successful terms in a row. I am also the current rolling Chief Operating Officer (COO / Deputy Leader) of Lifeinvader in temporary term. In addition, I have served FIB in the past as Assistant Director (28) and Chief of Staff (27). Moreover, I also served LSPD and GOV in my journey of state organizations. All these time through, I have been decently active in my positions and with this background I hope I can also serve FIB as it requires.

- Secondly, FIB is very well organized. Throughout my journey in various activities, I learned many things, got to know about valuable insights and knowledge which allowed me to ladder through the ranks. In addition, I actively assisted my fellow agents to ensure that they had the understanding of our operations and objectives. All of these were very much interesting for me which also helped to build a friendly environment around me.

- Thirdly, I will give my utmost best to make the term memorable for FIB by making sure we perform at our best and by showing high activity during all the spheres and retrain those who needs improvements, make friendly and flexible environment so that everyone can share their perspective which can help them to grow within and gather proper knowledge as they need to in their journey.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Firstly, I would insure that there is no opportunity for anyone to join the organization without proper interviews. I will make sure the agents in the agents in the organization knows the best way to do their work. I will try to improve teamwork within the org so everyone can have better understanding with each other and be focused and at the same time enjoy their work.

- Secondly, I will make sure the training for the current and future agents so they can know better how to act in situations based on different circumstances. I will assign the correct individuals for each department and proper ranks to keep the roles and the workplace balanced.

- Thirdly, I will try to improve the communication within the organization which is an important factor. So, people will feel free to share their side of vision and share with each other so we can improve our actions based on those.

- Lastly, I will try to organize regular activities through raids, events etc as per the rules. This can also be helpful for the agents to learn about operations on field. Furthermore, this could help us to make a good impression towards the city and a transparent explanation of our operations and about our organization altogether.

These are all my visions as the leader of this organization. My background and visions might be different but I do believe with my past experience as a leader and as my other roles, I can run this organization at it's best as well with well-organized activity and build a flexible environment.

2.1 As FIB was my 2nd org which i ever joined, that's why i have got the chance to observe this organization very closely, this is why i think that i am fit to become the leader of FIB.

2.2 In the past few terms of FIB. I have been working there in the capacity of a high command and i have led department as deputy chief of department in every term in a very decent manner , that cause me to develop excellent leadership skill and team leading qualities due to this dedication for work towards FIB i got the chance to become Assistant Director in the previous term , alongside that i have experience of all law enforcement agencies as of now i am working as a HOD in LSPD. That's why i think this is the perfect time for me to become a leader of a law enforcement organization.

2.3 As i said above, I have lot of experience in legal organizations. Because of that i found some mistakes and loopholes. That's why i have an urge inside me to change the way of leading any legal organization. so, By becoming the Director of FIB I want to correct all those mistakes which are made in the functioning of any legal organization. This is also one of the reason why i want to become the leader of FIB

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 Introducing daily meeting sessions:
As i have experience several terms in FIB now, and that too at a leading level, i have found that, after starting of any term, the organization becomes inactive as the employees don't find any interactive medium and that's why they get bored very soon, to tackle that i will introduce daily meeting sessions that will act as a platform to interact with everyone and solve any doubts !!

3.2 Standard of FIB training:
I have observed that because of some minor carelessness of the interviewer the employee who has newly joined FIB at the beginner rank starts making mistakes which causes them to suffer from disciplinary action against them. So, i will try to increase the standard of taking interviews of FIB employees, so that they get the best training from LSPD which will help them not only in LSPD but wherever they go.

3.3 Relationship with other orgs
Since we are responsible for protecting the city from crime it is important to maintain a good and healthy relationship between other legal orgs as well so that we will try to remove crimes within the city.
