So here we were in store robbery as i know that they were having 2 hostages were negotaiting and they started telling us to tell our units to go back so we asked them req or demand they said you gonna make it like this we just asked if it is request or demand they said to us tell your units to go back to go back ( first demand) and (the second demand) was to stop saying request or demand so we stopped saying it and they gave us demands to leave the area while still having the hostages and they didnt leave them as they said stop saying request or demand or we gonna kill the hostage ( second demand ) and we complyed so they give us demands to leave the area while the negotiation was still going on and killed us, They were stalling and didnt want to negotiate And we didnt tell our units to go back because they didnt tell us if that is request or demand What they were doing is stalling and manipulating nothing else And as i know even if they dont have hostages they need to do RP and thats wasnot RP Thank you.

Proper RP was done by the gang.
Going back is always considered as a request no matter if you ask again and again that "Is it a demand or a request".
If they say it is a demand then it still won't be counted as a demand. So, there is no point of asking again and again "Is it a demand or a request" which made gangsters angry and they killed Leos as well as the Hostages.​
