1. I always wanted to join a gang when I first joined Grand RPG since I believed that doing so would transform my life. However, I knew very little about the rules at the time. Marabunta was my first pick as I adored the gang's color. I also learned the regulations from Marabunta's high leadership, and ever since then, Marabunta has been my favorite gang.
2. Being in a gang allows me to participate in many illegal activities that I have been interested in for a long time. After seeing the gang Marabunta, I feel that it is the right place to gain this much experience because of its high caliber of seasoned gang members, beautiful interface, and headquarters location. Therefore, I believe it's just another legitimate excuse for being the gang's leader.

3. I've been to most of the gangs, but I've seen Marabunta's manners and am most afraid of him because he was in control. All I want to do is continue the tradition and beat the latest record that all of the previous leaders set.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

~ I will increase the activity inside the organization and willing to do the 100% turf and also I will make Marabunta a terrorist organization which gonna lead the whole ghetto. I will add some interesting cars to make this gang look horrible. Also I have plan to give everyone good bonus for clands and Graffiti. Also I want to break the past the old reocrd of all ex leaders.
~ I will make such a good experienced HC who will help me to work my gang more professional
~ I will do often hostage situation or daily 2 to 3 24/7 store robbery so the gang member didnt get bored
~ Following all rules of RP and Maintaining high Level or RP in situation

--> First of all i have spent much time in gangs and specially marabunta so now i think i have grinded & gained that much experience that i can apply for leadership. i have been i both State organisation as well as Crime organisations at high command rank so i know all from basic to high level !!
--> Secondly Specially marabunta i am applying cause its a versatile gang and i do like the location of marabunta's Headquaters as its at the last of ghetto like we go their after crossing whole ghetto area so the persons who do come in bunta are well experienced ! Bunta's Hq is also best for planting solars to make some sort of money !!
--> Thirdly as i said i have been in both state & crime so i know both side of views of people and will try to do my best to possibly run the term without any flaws and also most of the gangs get disband in turf but i know each and every single detail of it so i will manage to do it correctly without getting any warns..

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in Organization.

--> Firstly we have to select best high commands for org. as i will be online but still people do reply on hc's.. i will make sure they are not doing any favouritism in selecting people & providing ranks to them..
--> Secondly i will train people by my self to do criminal activities & other things like graffities, killing, robbing & kidnapping.. most of leaders do not do so..
--> Thirdly i will try do distribute more & more bonuses as if people do get their works paid they will enjoy doing it so i will make my bonus systems best..
--> At last but not the least i will try to do more and more events like Store robberies, Fz raids , Hostage Situations so people will not get bored and they will enjoy..
