1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I honestly do not want to entirely leave RP. I would still like to do EMS or some other state job even LifeInvader. One of the reasons I would like to be a mod is because I very much believe in rules. I have been VDM'd/ RDM'd/ and CR'd almost daily in city, almost constantly. I don't take it personally, but I would actively like to watch the city to try to clean up some of the rule breaking. Also, in real life in a highschool teacher, so I work with young people all the time. I know how to be fair yet communicate my expectations... in this case, I would be communicating the server's behavior expectations.
2. What are your strengths? I am honest, thoughtful, and care about the RP experience. I want to be active and help this community.
3. What are your weaknesses? I am not fast with all RP aspects. I never actually played GTA 5 the game, I learned the game through FIVEM RP servers, and switched here cause I liked it better. I have not been on this server as long as I was in FIVEM, spent half a year on an Australian server doing EMS.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team? I am educated, articulate, I already do a real life modding-teacher job (lol) in a school of 800. I also have a Master's in Leadership, and I'm a licensed as a Principal. I am really into different cultures and languages, so this is very good environment for me.

I have been in this city for close to 3 to 4 years and got a lot of experience in many legal and illegal organizations. I am very well versed with the rules and the roleplay terms of the city. Along with this, I also have experience of admin. I have been as an admin for an long period but had to leave the city because of some personal reasons.

I would now like to again come back and do my best to the community and sustain the roleplay in the city

What are your strengths?

Time Management – My timezone allows me to stay in city during and after restart which will help in the team more than anything.

Adaptability – I quickly adjust to sudden situations or challenges on the server, responding fast to the players and sorting the situation as per the rules.

1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

-- I remember like For last 10 months i am there in the city. I also remember my journey for these last 10 months as a citizen,i have gained a lot of expierences while working in different organizations whether it is FIB,SAHP,LSPD,NG,GANGS,EMS.Now i wanaa leave my rp life and i wanted to be a admin because i wanaa experience everything not only the experience i wanna help the citizens with instant help and support from my side. I know many of the admins are better in this from me but i promise you i will be more helpfull from them.I am a hardworking guy which you will be able to saw from my work. Admins Jobs is a respectfull job i want that respect by my hardwork.

-- Yes, Like i have a request that please dont go on my past, like whatever bans and all i got that was my past you can saw from last 3 months i have not got any fourms on me because i realizes my mistake when i was a beginner and like iam very calm and well behaved now.So,Its a humble request from you to please dont judge me from my past. Now i am very different now to which i was before. Everyone makes a mistake, but I have corrected them, so please give me a chance. I promise i will never ever dissapoint my team.

i have been played Grand RP for half year and as i know most of the rules of Grand RP. As i have been active in many of the organistaions and i saw how admins do their work and help other citizens. As an admin i want to help others to do their work properly and punish those who don't follow the rules and to help everyone while they are in city. when i was first time came in city then i don't know anything what to do thats why i want to be a admin to help new peoples in city.
