Rejected Request for reduced sentence for Fail Rp

Hello Sir,
This Post is a request to reduce of my sentence for the punishment of Fail Rp. I was punished for the thread Approved - Fail RP | 120215 .
Sir as we can see in the POV of the player [POV-

] I was talking wile dead, but I was not, the voice sign above me was becuase my mic was on and the audio he was hearing was from the org radio .
I totally understand that it was my fault to keep the mic on, but I was not known that before this I came to know about this rule yesterday only, being a new player, I request you to please reduce my sentence, and I also assure you this won't be repeated again.
Hoping for a affirmative reply from your side.
