i] i want to become the leader of Marabunta because i have spent 5 terms in Marabunta , i have experience all kind of term also this gang is very close to my heart

ii] The fact that Marabunta hq is in such a location which is special in it self this location is best for solar plantation which will help me to make some profit to invest on my gang guns and bonuses

iii] I want to make the most memorial and most active term in crime history and make every leos scared by the colour blue

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
i] we will do regular activities everyday like highway rob, hostage situation , store fz and etc which will help the newbies to experience and learn proper rp
ii] i will give high bonuses on daily basis for every single activity as it will encourage them to work more harder
iii] No favourtism will be allowed or tolerated all the hcs will have to give proper interview before getting hc rank , all rank will be given basis on hardwork
iii] i will not allow or tolerate any kind of toxicity against anyone

(i) When I was firstly I had decided to join the gangs and serve the bad side of the RP life and I find out it to be much interesting than I thought. And I think as a leader I can enjoy the RP more.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

~ I will increase the activity inside the organization and willing to do the 100% turf and also I will make Marabunta a terrorist organization which gonna lead the whole ghetto. I will add some interesting cars to make this gang look horrible. Also I have plan to give everyone good bonus for clands and Graffiti. Also I want to break the past the old reocrd of all ex leaders.
~ I will make such a good experienced HC who will help me to work my gang more professional
~ I will do often hostage situation or daily 2 to 3 24/7 store robbery so the gang member didnt get bored
~ Following all rules of RP and Maintaining high Level or RP in situation
~Developing good or high bonuses system so everyone enjoy the events more

--> First of all i have spent much time in gangs and specially marabunta so now i think i have grinded & gained that much experience that i can apply for leadership. i have been i both State organisation as well as Crime organisations at high command rank so i know all from basic to high level !!
--> Secondly Specially marabunta i am applying cause its a versatile gang and i do like the location of marabunta's Headquaters as its at the last of ghetto like we go their after crossing whole ghetto area so the persons who do come in bunta are well experienced ! Bunta's Hq is also best for planting solars to make some sort of money !!
--> Thirdly as i said i have been in both state & crime so i know both side of views of people and will try to do my best to possibly run the term without any flaws and also most of the gangs get disband in turf but i know each and every single detail of it so i will manage to do it correctly without getting any warns..

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in Organization.

--> Firstly we have to select best high commands for org. as i will be online but still people do reply on hc's.. i will make sure they are not doing any favouritism in selecting people & providing ranks to them..
--> Secondly i will train people by my self to do criminal activities & other things like graffities, killing, robbing & kidnapping.. most of leaders do not do so..
--> Thirdly i will try do distribute more & more bonuses as if people do get their works paid they will enjoy doing it so i will make my bonus systems best..
--> At last but not the least i will try to do more and more events like Store robberies, Fz raids , Hostage Situations so people will not get bored and they will enjoy..

Reason 1: To lead the Marabunta and domination

"I want to lead the Marabunta because I can handle them and if I became leader the fear of Marabunta everyone will see. If we plan and prepare strategic operations, Store rob, Hostage situation and unite the gang members, we could be the strongest and most esteemed group in this city I have my plans if I got the term then."

Reason 2 : To establish an order and progress for the gang.

"I am passionate about ensuring that each member has an opportunity to advance within the Marabunta. With the right training, situations, and leadership, every member will grow into a skilled role player who contributes to the gang's success—whether in combat, negotiations, or other activities. This will make the Marabunta a stronger and more unit and the new people who don't know the rules will teach them all basic rules and event about the gang."

Reason 3 : To effectively manage the inner workings of the gang.

It is all about finding a delicate balance between power, resources, and relationships that should be fostered within the gang and externally outside of the gang. The efficiency and effectiveness with which things go on would concern me for everything for anything ill be responsible, right from our financial inner things and activities to our ties with other gang in the crime. I'll pay attention to how stable my leadership is while getting everyone within my gang passionate towards the same long-term perspective.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Advice 1:

Hold frequent gang events and Territory capture
"To make the RP experience more dynamic, we should have scheduled gang wars, territory raids, and faction events. These events allow the gang to engage in larger RP scenarios that involve high stakes, coordination, and intense action. Turf capture, in particular, can drive competitive spirit and foster a deeper connection to the game world."

Advice 2: Encourage realistic Rp life

rp is the most important for gang when the Player have strong motivations, background, and personal goals. and I would like to do many activities such as ghetto claping, robing and many more. " This way, interactions can be more meaningful and lead to natural rivalries with gangs or alliances."

Advice 3: Strengthen interactions with rival gangs and other organizations.

"To enhance the RP experience, we have to ensure there is constant engagement with other factions—whether through alliances, Territory dealings, or conflicts. This pushes the Marabunta to constantly evolve, build strategies, and get involved in larger plans, which makes the city feel more alive and interconnected."

2.1 i have been in almost every gang (except some) as 14 rank

2.2 i am applying to become the leader of this gang because i have been in this city for over 9months, started in the gang still in a gang and know almost everything about gang and also i think i am eligible to handle a gang as a leader. i have good knowlegde of the server rules and will ensure no rule break in my term. 2.3 Marabunta, families are my most favourite gang and i always wanted to make marabunta on top and want to declare it most dangerouse gang in whole ghetto. I will vast knowledge about gang events especially truf. I will try my best for the gang and will try to devote max time to the gang. first thing i will be going to make sure that no favouristim in my whole term. All gang member are like bros and also there will be 0% toxicity in my term i can give u guarantee no rule break from my side and also i will try my best to make sure no mass rule break by any member of gang in whole term. I will ensure that in my term our gang is most active by doing various events like store robs, clands, BS, Fort zancudo raid daily
