2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1) My legal organisation journey was mostly with FIB, I was with FIB at it's good and bad times. From starting as a Field to Assistant Director of FIB was a great journey for me. I did many mistakes later on fixing that loophole and learning new things. I also have prior experiences as high command in other organisations like LSPD/SAHP/NG/GOV, currently I am also serving in SAHP as a Chief Commander and also served as 28th rank in LSPD as well as NG. I was also the Assistant Director of all departments for one term in FIB on that time duration I learned how the departments of FIB works. With this knowledge about FIB and my with my well background I believe that I can lead FIB to a great heights.
2.2) In my term I will build a friendly environment for all my agents so my agents will not hesitate to share their sights about the organisation and can freely comply with the internal rules and serve the organisation. and I will make sure their won't be any favoutism in my term every single FIB agents will be treated fairly. I will appoint best individuals for each departments so they can run smoothly without any problems. And I will also make sure that my high commands are well known about their roles so their will be no chance of any misconducts. I will also make sure that from junior rank holders to high commands everyone is working together with out any conflict so their won't be any internal matters going on within the organisation and the pillars of FIB will be strong.
2.3) My motives for the term is straight, in every events FIB's activity should be high. And I will be also focused on night shift agents so they can full fill the night events that needs FIB the most. I will also make sure that in the events like Gang raid and Black Market Raid FIB activity will be the highest since it's an key event for us we won't keep any objections towards us that FIB is inactive, No chance at all. And me myself, I will be involved in every situation to keep track of the performance of my organisation and later on fix that particular thing that needs to be improved.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1) I will make sure that all my fellow agents are well known about the city rules and regulations so won't be any rule breaks from FIB side.
3.2) I will implement a good bonus system for all my agents to respect their works that they are putting towards the organisation.
3.3) I will host weekly based promotion ceremony for all my hardworking agents to thanks their efforts towards the organisation and later on we will host internal meetings with all the agents to get their feedback about the organisation and later on fix that particular thing.
3.4) I will host meetings with other organisations to discuss about the external matters so all organisations can work smoothly without any external problems and we can work like a great team.
3.5) I will host fake situations based drills like hostage situation , store robberies, negotiations and teach them the basics how to react in each situations. So no matter what even a junior rank holder person can handle a particular situation professionally.

I would like to share the departments that will be in my term:-
IA - There work will be handling the internal matters that are going in within the organisation and keep track on the agents. Beside that their work will be log check, IA check , trunk check.
HR - Their work is to hire people's and make sure everyone is well known about the organisation rules. If needed that could also train people.
UC - They are a important department there are work is to collect evidence and help us to do gand raids.
Spec ops - There work is to manage special operations, candy run and respond to the situations ASAP.
DEA - There work is to burst drugs around the city.
