3. even tho incident in my last term i still have support all of my people and if i get the term i will make it most active term and prove my self again i have lot of contact in city that can get me evidence. Good agents. and all type of support and with that i can easily win all the events we need i will also focus on my events and i will do extra events to show activity of fib and i will also get good hr and ia that will help me maintain org for my evidence i have lot of contact that will make it more easy for me to do raid i believe doing raid is most easy thing i will need to do if i focus on it right and i will also make sure i am active full term not like first 2 week

i also want to make fibs relationship batter with all the legal orgs and i want to make sure we play as team and win i want to improve aim and thinking ability of legal units so we can win against all odds i will make sure none of my agents start a fight if they do i will punish them but if it not my units fault i will not back down

3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. New approach: as i have realized that we cant trust everyone and also there is lot of new player in city that need more training and more time so with new approach i will have new training method and way to test them

2.good bond: as i always say this in my application that if you have good bond then its best thing you can ask for because if they are here for money or rank then there is chance they can just leave when we need them most thats why i will make sure to make good bonds with everyone

3 strict and clear chain of command: i seen one thing while it good thing to trust your friend but in my last term it had backfired so i will make sure to be strict and clear about what need to be done and there will no partiality

Spec ops: Spec ops is back bone of FIB's Fighting force and its job to Response to every Global situation every store and every events That FIB can attend they identity will be hidden and they have partial immunity since they are A special department and Spec ops Agents can use heavy weapons and must be good at shooting and negotiating

IA: IA is one of the most important department of FIB its the departments that manages logs, cars, that Agents are in discipline and make sure internal working of ORG is good and in controller they

UC: UC is most important department of FIB since they are Responsible for Evidence needed for gang and black market raid that is conducted by FIB they goal is to go undercover catch wanted criminal , catch drugs and weapon deals , and get evidence on criminals organizations

OO- OO is UC department but it is more specialized and experienced Agents that will be put in this department there on and only Task is to get evidence on criminals organization and help the State in every way they can

HRT- HRT is department is often Underestimated in FIB but it is very important for FIB i will add specialized and Hard Training Programs for High commands also and HRT while handling Hiring and training of NON HC will have to mange that and it will also handle promotion with IA

1I believe that FIB should be the best and most powerful organization. Therefore, I will schedule weekly meetings with FIB discuss improvements and ensure that no issues arise.

2.I will also take hostage situations, store robberies, and all types of criminal activity extremely seriously and ensure that proper role-playing occurs without any rule violations.

3. I will ensure that every agent remains focused on their tasks and refrains from any inappropriate behavior within FIB jurisdiction.

4.Another piece of advice would be to ensure that every role-playing situation remains realistic.

5. I would also enforce a strict out-of-character test for every member who wishes to apply for membership..

- I believe FIB has the most potential within all organizations to provide positive roleplay to the remainder of the server this is because FIB is involved in most events in comparison to other organizations. FIB is viewed as the backbone of the other legal organizations and without a strong standing, the legal organizations would fail to truly reach their true potential. As I previously stated I believe I am a viable candidate for completing these tasks and ensuring that all organizations succeed.

-Secondly, I don't show any kind of partiality between anyone person whom so ever that person maybe. I always choose the best for my Org or my team and always try to be successful in any situation. I also am a good listener so I would listen to any problem caused in my Org and solve it faster every time it occurs. I also have made good connections with various people while giving my time in FIB and SAHP as an LEO by helping people to learn and grow together which is the main cause an Org stays together and Fights together.

-Also one of the main reasons why I want to be a leader of FIB, is to make FIB more feared than it is. Currently, if a gang member spots an FIB Agent or any legal organisation employee in ghetto or outside of city, he looks at it as a free hostage, but looking at this from a real life perspective, I think the roles should be switched. I think FIB should be feared when they patrol ghetto or any area that's infested with gang activities.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
-What i have noticed in my experience within FIB, the leaders do not focus on communicating and engaging with the citizens of the State of San Andreas. That’s why after becoming the Director i will start conducting Interesting and Intreractive events for the citizens, Doing so will help in improving Roleplay Level for sure between the Organization and the citizens.

-As the headquarters of FIB and the LSPD are very near to each other, I will maintain good relations with Los Santos Police Department and conduct combined operations to keep the City clean and crime-free.

- I have noticed that the new officers hesitate to clear their doubts or to ask questions if they have any confusion . So in order to solve this issue i have planned to conduct revision classes for the new officers so that they won't
have to hesitate to ask about their doubts. I would personally appoint a senior officer who will be given the duty to host the sessions at regular interval.

-At Last point of time in my experience, i have noticed that the new employees in any state organization goes through some toxicity very often from their high commands, because of that the new employees don’t get a nice working atmosphere and they feel bored while working in Orgs . That’s why i will focus to improve the working atmosphere within FIB so that the employees can give their best to the organization.

a) After taking another long break from the city, I came back and saw that almost all the LEO orgs are absolute crap. As an ex chief of lspd and deputy governor, it saddens me to see LEO's being this inactive in the city. I think it is time for someone like me to step up and take charge.

b) I believe my past experience and overall professionalism can help all the LEO orgs to step up their game and improve the general RP quality in the city.

c) Professionalism in a must in my organisations so when I see other LEO orgs being so unprofessional towards each other and citizens it just hurts. I want to change that, starting from my own org.

a) As I mentioned above. Professional behavior must be mandatory in the organization. Anyone who is not professional enough is going to get suspended, demoted, and retrained.

b) Currently, as far as I know, the ranking systems in LEO orgs is a mess. I want to change that with special training for every division so I can bring them back into action. Efficiency is a must.

c) I would try my best to improve the activity of FIB members. I am going to make sure to hire enough people who live in various time zones to keep the activity high at any hour of the day. I am going to bring back the detectives so we can prepare our org to participate in all avaliable actions in the city properly.

1. The first day while entering the city of En2, I was dreaming of becoming the best LEO of all time. 1. I would only recruit people with the knowledge of city rules and walk through them to good training hours and for make sure that they are totally ready to go on duty and are totally aware of their work, so there won't be any problems for our organization. I will personally check each and every one's activity and will promote them on the basis of the activity and the obedience they have shown in the department.

2. We won't do any favoritism among anybody in the org and for the rule breakers serious actions will be taken like suspension and other depending on the situation. I will, myself, will try to attend each and every situation and will lead my units properly and will try to conclude the situation in the best manner possible.

3. I will provide a good bonus system through which they will be motivated towards the work and will work harder. And I will also personally talk to each and every officer in my organization about the things which should be changed or improved and will work on them to improve the working environment for my officers.

--> First of all i want to become Leader of FIB as it is a Law Enforcement Organisation & the first org. that i joined was also a LEO as i joined LSPD so i gained some experience of LEO's there and then i went to gang side but when i came back i joined FIB As an Assistant Director in Last term & i liked it very much as we can go undercover, also it is a Federal Organisation so we are free to work without any Pressure..

--> I will Recruit People with high Knowledge & skills which they can contribute in the organization for its well being.. i will Select Best of the Best high commands as they are the main pillers on which an org. Stands off also will make sure that they will provide ranks without doing favouritism... will hire my Human Resource team personally & will make sure to do atleast 1 meeting with them per week as if HR dep. Is best then the people they will are gonna be best, the people they train gonna be best.. Make sure to give good Bonus as people like & enjoy doing work when it is Paid..

--> I by myself will make sure to Regular Checkups & Meetings with High Commands as well as full Org. Meetings so that i can find out if anyone is having any problem with anything & will make sure to solve that problems..i will make sure to take suggestions from people in meetings as well.... also am gonna make best Punishment(Strike) Sytemm so everyone thinks 100 times before doing any rule break..

2.1 As FIB was my 2nd org which i ever joined, that's why i have got the chance to observe this organization very closely, this is why i think that i am fit to become the leader of FIB.

2.2 In the past few terms of FIB. I have been working there in the capacity of a high command and i have led department as deputy chief of department in every term in a very decent manner , that cause me to develop excellent leadership skill and team leading qualities due to this dedication for work towards FIB i got the chance to become Assistant Director in the previous term , alongside that i have experience of all law enforcement agencies as of now i am working as a HOD in LSPD. That's why i think this is the perfect time for me to become a leader of a law enforcement organization.

2.3 As i said above, I have lot of experience in legal organizations. Because of that i found some mistakes and loopholes. That's why i have an urge inside me to change the way of leading any legal organization. so, By becoming the Director of FIB I want to correct all those mistakes which are made in the functioning of any legal organization. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 Introducing daily meeting sessions:
As i have experience several terms in FIB now, and that too at a leading level, i have found that, after starting of any term, the organization becomes inactive as the employees don't find any interactive medium and that's why they get bored very soon, to tackle that i will introduce daily meeting sessions that will act as a platform to interact with everyone and solve any doubts !!

3.2 Standard of FIB training:
I have observed that because of some minor carelessness of the interviewer the employee who has newly joined FIB at the beginner rank starts making mistakes which causes them to suffer from disciplinary action against them. So, i will try to increase the standard of taking interviews of FIB employees, so that they get the best training from LSPD which will help them not only in LSPD but wherever they go.

3.3 Relationship with other orgs
Since we are responsible for protecting the city from crime it is important to maintain a good and healthy relationship between other legal orgs as well so that we will try to remove crimes within the city.

2.1) My legal organisation journey was mostly with FIB, I was with FIB at it's good and bad times. From starting as a Field to Assistant Director of FIB was a great journey for me. I did many mistakes later on fixing that loophole and learning new things. I also have prior experiences as high command in other organisations like LSPD/SAHP/NG/GOV, currently I am also serving in SAHP as a Chief Commander and also served as 28th rank in LSPD as well as NG. I was also the Assistant Director of all departments for one term in FIB on that time duration I learned how the departments of FIB works. With this knowledge about FIB and my with my well background I believe that I can lead FIB to a great heights.

2.2) In my term I will build a friendly environment for all my agents so my agents will not hesitate to share their sights about the organisation and can freely comply with the internal rules and serve the organisation. and I will make sure their won't be any favoutism in my term every single FIB agents will be treated fairly. I will appoint best individuals for each departments so they can run smoothly without any problems. And I will also make sure that my high commands are well known about their roles so their will be no chance of any misconducts. I will also make sure that from junior rank holders to high commands everyone is working together with out any conflict so their won't be any internal matters going on within the organisation and the pillars of FIB will be strong.

2.3) My motives for the term is straight, in every events FIB's activity should be high. And I will be also focused on night shift agents so they can full fill the night events that needs FIB the most. I will also make sure that in the events like Gang raid and Black Market Raid FIB activity will be the highest since it's an key event for us we won't keep any objections towards us that FIB is inactive, No chance at all. And me myself, I will be involved in every situation to keep track of the performance of my organisation and later on fix that particular thing that needs to be improved.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1) I will make sure that all my fellow agents are well known about the city rules and regulations so won't be any rule breaks from FIB side.

3.2) I will implement a good bonus system for all my agents to respect their works that they are putting towards the organisation.

3.3) I will host weekly based promotion ceremony for all my hardworking agents to thanks their efforts towards the organisation and later on we will host internal meetings with all the agents to get their feedback about the organisation and later on fix that particular thing.

3.4) I will host meetings with other organisations to discuss about the external matters so all organisations can work smoothly without any external problems and we can work like a great team.

3.5) I will host fake situations based drills like hostage situation , store robberies, negotiations and teach them the basics how to react in each situations. So no matter what even a junior rank holder person can handle a particular situation professionally.

2.1 When I came to the city several months ago and after working in temporary jobs for sometime . I started feeling that I should organize my career in decent manner after that I got a chance to join LSPD as my first legal organization I work there two terms continuously which enabled me to gain so much experience about legal organization after LSPD I planned to join FIB and because of skills of high command in LSPD and decent leading skills I got a high command rank in FIB .

2.2 Working in FIB for several terms now at a department leading rank I have started loving the work profile of an FIB agent . As I told I have been at department leading rank in several terms I think I am capable to become the director of FIB and use my experience towards wellness of this lovely organization.

2.3 Being in FIB for several terms, I have found some mistakes which are offenly committed by FIB agent. This is also one of the many reason I want to become the director of FIB and use my experience to solve these mistakes. So that organization will never get in trouble.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 Communication with other legal orgs : In my experience I have witnessed that FIB agents are not communicate with other legal orgs in a proper manner, that's why other legal orgs get a very bad impression of FIB agents because of that the roleplay level decreases. To fix this issue I will introduce some punishment rules so that these types of communication mistakes don't happen.

3.2 Setting individual tasks for highcommand: under my experience in legal organization I have always witnessed that the highcommands always try to impose there work on a lower rank employee. To fix this issue I will setup individual goals to every department highcommands which they should complete and post their work in their duty logs . It will be checked by the Deputy Director and Director only.

3.3 Being sincere with the raids : Before conducting any raids i.e gang raids , black market raid or family raids I will send my leading commands to the headquarters of every state organization to inform them about the special operation although keeping the information secret. Rather than just doing a department at the moment of the special operations . This will forsure enhance roleplay between all the state orgs .
